Dave was great to deal with from start to finish. My wife and I began the process by having Dave and his son over to see our property and have them suggest locations for the gates.In our particular case we were looking after the foundations, stonework, and electrical. Dave easily worked along side and with the other contractors seamlessly. Dave and his son would often stop by or call to see how the other trades were coming along. Dave was always contactable by phone with any questions we or the other trades had.My wife and I had a particular style of gate that we wanted. We simply mocked up a gate from plywood to show Dave and his son what we wanted and they took it from there.Handcrafting our gates from our design and measurements Cougar Iron turn it into real life!We choose the Liftmaster control for our gates and so far we are very happy with the smooth, quiet and reliable operation.Dave and his son are loyal, honest, hardworking people and the price reflects it.What they fabricated didn’t come out of any box!If you think that gates are measured on a Monday and installed the next Friday…..you will be let down!Quality work takes time and money.

Having a very bad experience working with this company. Owner of the company rude and does not provide timely updates. Our gates were taken on July 2019. Now it is end of October and still no updates or news on our gates. This company now under investigation by Government of Canada Consumer Affairs" department.Unless you have a gun at your had and have no one else to fix your fence I would not go with this company. Very negative experience."
