Specsavers Kingsway Mall

I am really pleased with the services of the Kingsway Mall team and specially the manager Stephanie. She was great help finding two perfect pair of glasses and a sun pair all at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend this store for others people in need of great eye glasses.

Went in to grab 2 pairs of glasses. One standard and one sunglasses. The staff are amazing and really help you to get the most out of your purchase. Stephanie the store manager of the Kingsway location went above and beyond for myself as I had questions regarding anti-glare coatings, cost and the difference between purchasing from an online store that less expensive and themselves. She was able to help me out and we met in the middle with regards to the cost of an upgrade. They really do care. Probably some of the best customer service I've received from an eyeglass retailer ever.Thabk you to the whole team at Kingsway Specsavers for their exceptional service and friendly attitude. I will recommend you to everyone I know.

Great customer service! Their staff assisted me as soon as I walked into the store. I had booked an eye exam with Dr. Lauren Mah, she was very knowledgeable, thorough and addressed all my concerns. The exam cost less than I usually pay, which was $99 vs. $125. They also had a great selection and amazing deals on glasses and sunglasses. Their staff were knowledgeable and assisted me with selecting a pair of glasses and prescription sunglasses. They were also able to direct bill my insurance company, which was convenient. The whole customer experience was fantastic from beginning to end, highly recommended!

Excellent customer service at this store especially by Stephanie the Manager. Second time I have been, first time for me and had such good service (even though there computer issues at the time, it happens!) I went back again with my partner and we got great glasses and sunglasses without breaking the bank. Now recommending to my son as well. Highly recommended.

My experience was absolutely fantastic. Dr Lauren Mah was very knowledgeable , she was able to answer any questions that I had and explain the images of the 3d scan. She is also detailed oriented and would spend time to listen to your concerns. I would recommend people to see her.For the optical side, Stephanie and her management were great. They listened to my need and guided me through to pick my glasses. They did a good job on the measurement to ensure the glasses would fit me and when I came to pick them up, they also ensured I am comfortable in wearing the new glasses and addressed any concerns that I had. It was a perfect team.

Selection is okay but could be better. The staff is nice but in the 20 minutes I was in the store, six people (sometimes the same person would come by more than once) asked if I needed help, had questions, was still doing okay, etc. Let me look! When I shop for glasses I need to take my time to try things on and look around, being interrupted constantly was a bit of a turn off. Sure, check in once or twice but if I say I'm okay leave me alone. I even said I didn't need help and yet they persisted. If that's what you're looking for in customer service this place is great for you but if you're like me, maybe be more stern if you don't need help

Great experience. Dr. Mah took her time to explain and answer any questions. She's very personable and thorough. Never felt rushed. Price point for exam and glasses was surprisingly low for the high quality. Unbeatable. Stephanie did an excellent job adjusting and fitting me for my glasses and she's also great with kids. Will definitely be referring friends and family.

I had a lovely experience at that appointment with the staff, and found two sets of frames. They were able to bill my insurance directly, and everything was approved in short order. I had my eye exam from a previous provider and it was all very simple.Fast forward less than two weeks, and my glasses were ready! Anthony helped my wife and I with our glasses. He was the most attentive person I've ever had in thirty years of glasses in terms of fit, adjustment, and look. He took the time to make the fit perfect, and I enjoyed his customer service experience - funny, diligent, knowledgeable, and courteous. He was a joy to work with.As a doctor myself, I saw those excellent patient management skills present in Anthony, and I commend him for his attitude and work ethic. 10/10 would recommend this Specsavers location, and Anthony in particular.

I have never had a better experience buying glasses. They had excellent frame options at a variety of price points. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and gave great advice. They were able to bill my insurance directly which reduced the hassle/stress on my end considerably. It really was a smooth and enjoyable process from picking frames to final fitting.I am very happy with my new glasses and the sunglasses I bought based on their recommendations are beyond my expectations. I will definitely be using SpecSavers Kingsway for my future glasses.

Looking for quality service at good price, then you should go to this Specsavers. Both my wife and I had our eye exams with Dr. Lauren Mah, she was extremely knowledgeable, professional and answered all of our concerns. She explained things in a manner that was understandable and put our mind at ease. Highly recommend seeing her.The staff was so helpful when it came time to pick out glasses and the price was so good my wife purchased 4 pairs and very happy with the quality.We definitely will go back. Recommend you checking it out even if you don’t need glasses and just need your eyes checked.
