I was travelling through Canada and left my CPAP power block in the hotel. Although it was Saturday and the shop was closed the owner had an emergency number. He opened up specialy for me and I was able to get a replacement.Wonderful serviceThanks.

Rachelle and Steve provide superior customer care. During these COVID times I was allowed to enter the store and obtain my new device. Rachelle was very thorough through the process which made me confident that I bought my device from the right place. Not only my new device will provide me information about my sleep but she will have access to make any changes by a phone call away. That is service! In addition, the store is well stocked with supplies at very great prices. This is one local place that I will continue to support for many years!

My therapist, Rochelle, worked through personal preferences & issues until everything worked, including trying various mask options which wasn’t easy since I have facial palsy. I have severe sleep apnea. Airport security lost my CPAP on a business trip to Thunder Bay. At 7 PM, on arrival to my hotel, I discovered this little problem. I could not sleep that night. In the morning, I visited the shop and purchased a new hose - no problems whatsoever. When the owner heard my story, he said I should called as they have after-hours service for urgent situations.

Amazing customer service!! I was originally using a trial from another place, got in touch with Northern Respiratory, I was on their list and fitted with a new mask and machine before the others place even bothered to rerun my call! I have changed out my mask 2 or 3 times now( I can’t remember) and all of that was covered in their services. They aim to make sure you are comfortable , so you are having your best sleep! Would recommend them hands down!

Very professional, nice to deal with and always prompt responses. I would highly recommend Northern Respiratory. Their after purchase service was top rated. Pam took much time making sure I had what I needed and was comfortable sleeping with the new device, changing out masks until we found the right one. Steve and all the staff I have encountered have been very helpful and have given great service!
