Extremely poor service and wrongly wanted to upcharge for extra (used wrong wait time, tailgate fee that was never provided and charged for 2nd truck because they miscalculated the load).

this company system is very poor they don’t have any proper dispach time and dispatcher sharma compel of the drivers to work more or more time even day or nights he ask the drivers to works 7 days and even nights aswell and pay rate is veer cheap

Trucking is a hard industry to be in however. I worked here for sometime in the office and the owner gives hours to his employees and overtime. So if you want to work hard and bring a big cheque home the owner lets you work! lots of companies cap your hours or dont pay. RS Rush owner puts you to work! Its good for new people coming to canada. If you are canadian like myself. I wouldnt work here.
