What you get from the telephone offers are like a line drawn on water. I was exploited by them at my bad situation when I took my insurance for my car. Currently thinking to terminate the contract at any cost and start a new contract with a good company which does not cheat its customers. Think a lot and do lot of enquiry with other companies.

I was quite satisfied with the service at first and was getting answers to all my questions. But since I became the La Capitale client, the only communication on their side I have been getting had to do with 'go to our website for more info' and 'call our customer support'.

Worst customer service I've seen. After 10 years with them, spoke to 2 managers to solve an administrative.problem. Was treated with codescendance, contempt and a complete indifference to finding a common reasonnable ground. Completely disgusted and couldnt believe it.
