They sold me the wrong sim card for my phone. Days later when I tried to take back the card and get the correct one they would not take it back. The Sim card was unused and still in the original packaging. The sales lady blamed me for buying the wrong card. When I originally purchased the card from her, she never gave me an option of sim cards. How am I to know different ones exist. She said that it was their policy not to take back SIM cards. Kind of funny, my policy states that I don't like to do business with companies that take advantage of people. Its only a 15 dollar card. Its all about principal. You lost a customer.

Why is there only one person at the booth at 1:30 in the afternoon? This is bad scheduling and not fair to the employee.

I recently received a new phone but all my data did not transfer so I took it into the store and the young gentleman working their went through my phone and helped me reset all of my passwords and the transfer was a success.

I watched the staff serving customers as I waited patiently for my turn. I could not help notice how well the staff interacted with the customers, as well as each other, considering the ridiculous hordes of people that were looking to ask questions or make purchases.It took me 2 visits and one trip back to my car to accomplish my goal of activating a phone, because I had failed to bring with me one piece of information that was required for them to make the switch, so I had no problem with waiting patiently for a second time in line to complete the transaction.I began with one lady and then completed with a different one, that's just how it worked out; the first girl was with a customer who was in line ahead of me.There was a quick interaction between the girls while one brought the other up to speed on what I wanted and where the transaction was poised.In the end, they had to apply a short workaround because of a minor glitch involving the back-end work with my former service provider, however I walked away happy, with a fully functioning phone, and the workaround wasn't even an issue.Thanks to the 2 ladies (whose names I didn't think to ask) for their perseverance and persistence in getting the deal done, and me up and running in fairly short order !

Went in today to get some help porting my #. The 2 ppl working were super patient and helpful. Great attitudes and customer service! Keep up the great work!

For 9 months I had issues of dropped calls and failure to send messages. Hours wasted on the phone with tech/customer support (8 times I called, about once a month). Even sent my phone off for repairs (which it didn't need). Final conclusion? After the repairs I still had the same issues and called for the 8th time and told them I was leaving Koodo and wanted out of my contract. Had to fight to not pay to leave and then after all that... They told me I was in an area that was 500 meters from a reported dead zone. 9 MONTHS!!! They didn't tell me because they just wanted me to continue to pay for trash service. Will never use them again and never recommend them to anyone. What a POS service provider. GARBAGE!!!

Bad,bad, bad all bad. Bought prepaid cards to pay my account and now they tell me that I can't use kodoo prepaid cards to pay my bill. Never asked me when I set up the account. I just picked out a phone and a plan, and now I can't use your own cards to pay? How is this good?
