Urban Barn - Windsor

My Husband and I had a wonderful experience this morning at Urban Barn! Jazz our sales rep was so very helpful! We purchased some amazing decour! Thank You! We will certainly return.

We came in to buy a tray as a gift, the staff was so unhelpful that we left without it. First, they didn’t have a new tray, so they offered us the floor model, the stand was chipped/missing the rubber backing (we asked for a discount but they said no). They didn’t offer any accommodations even when their system was down. We wanted a gift receipt, they said come in tomorrow for one. We asked for paper wrapping or a box, they said they threw them all out. Very poor customer care and attention to detail.-floor model-chipped stand-system was down (cc/debit only)-no gift receipt-no boxes

Went to urban barn at approximately 6 pm on July 7th. I was warmly greeted and assistance was offered immediately by John. I spent about 40 minutes in the store as I purchased a bed and went through the store and fully styled the bed with duvet, pillows, throws, etc. John was extremely helpful and just super nice. I paid for my items and was leaving the store when I noticed the staff opening the locked door for me......yep they closed at 6 and I had no idea. I felt awful for keeping John past his quitting time and apologised profusely. I'm just blown away that he happily helped me find all I needed and never hurried me through, nor did he mention that they had closed at 6. Just amazing customer service.....thank you John!!

Maryam was extremely helpful choosing two different living room pillows and a throw based on the paint & fabric samples I brought with me. However, one of the pillows and the throw weren't quite right when I brought them into the room and I returned them the next day. Ben tried to find something that would work better for me but, in the end, I returned the items without any difficulty. I will definitely shop there again!

The 3 nesting tables we ordered arrived well packaged. The middle table has orange rust on the bottom leg. The largest table has scratches and bumps in the black finish. From the appearance it looks used. I am very disappointed with the condition of the largest and middle table for the price I paid, and waited for the tables to be shipped to the store. To then pick the tables up from the store, unbox them, unwrap the packaging and find the the bottom leg rusted on the middle table and the scratches and bumps in the legs of the largest table.
