I used a pry bar to take some very old shelves off a wall, noticed a odd adhesive with a peculiar swirl pattern everywhere, then put them in the garage and forgot about it.Days later I became aware of mastic containing asbestos, read too much contradictory information online and proceeded to panic. I then made a appointment with Breath Easy to do a asbestos test and while at it go over some mold issues in the house. The appointment was booked in no time.In seconds of looking at the shelves Mark assured me everything was fine and no asbestos testing was needed. I was now breathing easy!Mark took the time to go over every detail inside where mold was/had been/was suspected, answered all my questions and gave quite a few helpful tips.I could not be more pleased with the free inspection & that testing for asbestos was deemed unnecessary! We found some mold on the window sills. After conferring with Google, my wife went crazy cleaning it . When calling and inquiring about Breathe Easy, and informing the receptionist of what was going on with our house, she was very welcoming, knowledgeable, patient, friendly and kind. We just bought a house (lived in for 2 months) and discovered the seller built flooring over tile in the entire upstairs of the house - the tile looks to be asbestos. We were not informed that there were improvements done to the house by the seller. Mark came in and took samples of the tiles. He was very thorough and answered any questions I had about our house that I (as a new home buyer) had no idea about. He is very personable, kind, and very knowledgeable. Not too many people out there like this!

I found mould in the corner of our closet. I panicked and contacted Breathe Easy. Cindy was wonderful and gave me information over the phone. We arranged to have someone come out the next day as soon as possible. Dave arrived and gave me a crash course on mold. He spent a lot of time educating me which is so appreciated. I feel much better. He cleaned the mold area and spent time checking out other areas of our home to educate me on what to look for and how to reduce humidity in our home as well as improve air quality.
