John was professional, helpful and delivered with a minimal of fuss. He helped clean and disinfect part of a shed.

4 1/2 stars. I called about having two areas on my property cleaned and disinfected that was being used as raccoons latrines, and to have some items removed. (The raccoons started in one area, and after I got them to stop using that area, they moved to the other spot.) I provide a picture of the areas needing to be cleaned. John provided a quote, and we were able to book a date. He gave me a time and he arrived about the time indicated. When he was done, he called me to inspect the spots. The areas were clean and when it was time to pay, John had deducted the fee to remove a few items from the property. He said that there was not much to be taken away. Thank you John for the cleaning and disinfecting and for giving a break on the fees.

From the very first email we received after our initial inquiry re: an extreme hoarding cleanup, John was professional, respectful and also warm and understanding. The job was very difficult as it was a hoarding situation with extreme cleanup needed and also a bug infestation. John made the process so easy. The price was very reasonable.
