Thanu Shutters

The guys that came to my house were highly unqualified to use tools let alone install shutters. They threw the shutters up without squaring them off to the window and were going to leave it as is. After asking the installers to fix it they threw a childish tantrum, packed up and stormed off. BE ADVISED GO ELSEWHERE FOR SHUTTERS AND BLINDS!!

I feel like one days these guys got their hands on some tools and wood decided to try to make a business out of installing shutters. Poorly trained and overall unfit for the job- the awful installation required me to pay to have the job done over. Very bad attitude when confronted with my concerns. Wouldn't even give one star if that was an option.

Thanu Shutters did my entire house and did a excellent job! I will definitely recommend Thanu Shutters to all my friends and family. Very fast installation and very affordable.

Thanu Shutters Inc left their business card at my door. I called and spoke to Daniel on the phone on August 21. He agreed to come to my house on Saturday August 28 for measurements and consultation. I waited and waited, nobody came. Daniel was no show. Called his phone number and no response. I finally got hold of him today August 29. All I did was ask him what happened “I thought you were supposed to come to my place yesterday”. This guy became quite irritable and defensive on the phone. Telling me “things happen and I was at another job. I couldn’t finish at time”. No apology whatsoever. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. No customer service skills whatsoever. He was quite upset with me on the phone because I inquired about his no show. I will not recommend this guy for anything. People’s behaviour most of the time reflects on their job.
