My experience with Dr. Brad Fisher and his team was excellent. I had two surgeries to have a dental implant inserted. The site has healed and feels great. Both anesthetists were also excellent and reassuring. The clinic nurses are wonderful and provided very comprehensive pre and post care teaching which included information to refer to at home. I am a real chicken when it comes to my oral health.. scaling scraping & drills made me very uncomfortable and anxious. Was referred to Dr Cobb for an extraction and am very happy with the whole process from reception to recovery. My son’s surgery was a breeze! All his wisdom teeth are extracted because it’s impacted and to make room for his molars that doesn’t want to come out. The staffs are excellent, especially Dr. Smith! Highly recommended!

I was referred to this practice in preparation for upcoming radiation treatment. I got some preventative oral work done prior to start date. I also has a unique situation where I have tracheostomy installed and i have sensitive tumour relative to my oral work. They where very professional right from the starting process, right through to the end result. They where very efficient at accommodating me last minute do to the urgency of my treatment start date. There accounting system is professional and knew what to do in my situation with lots of variables in my benefits. They knew exactly what to get the best outcome for myself. Professional staff is very informative, great vibe, very good at what they do. The entire operation, at every stage, is something most business should look at. They have done a great job at making the best experience for each of their clients. Parking was easy for their building and they had efficient way of helping clients that need that direct to door service. The entire facility is spotless, including their own for their clients. So clean, i started trying to find dirt. Lastly they made feel very safe on the process i was about to go through and answered all my questions. Even the info sheet for home care after wards was well written and categorized. The attention to detail at every step is impressive. One of my best dental experiences ever period.

Brittany was amazing and kept us organized and informed before the surgery. Everyone in the office had a positive attitude and explained everything fully. Things were kept on time and move smoothly. I would highly recommend this team.

Dr Fisher and his staff are amazing. So friendly. Dr Fisher talked to my son, whom was getting his wisdom teeth removed, not just me, his mom, to ensure he knew what was happening through the procedure. The nurses are wonderful, and after care service line is a life saver! Thank you!

Everything was explained thoroughly and someone was always available to promptly answer any questions I had. Had jaw surgery yesterday with Dr. Fisher. Between my initial consultation and yesterday all the staff were fantastic. Everything was clearly explained and he showed me on the scans where the problem was and what he was going to do. Pain is not as bad as I expected. Hopefully after the anticipated healing time this fixes my problem.

Absolutely amazing experience. My 15 year old daughter had a previous surgery that terrified her and this was the exact opposite experience. They made sure she couldn't see any needles or anything that would scare her this time. She had a heated blanket, they allowed me to come in and stay with her until she was asleep. After the surgery was similar. They made sure she was comfortable, did a follow up call and offered advice, and overall just did everything they could to make sure she was taken care of. Major kudos to the Dr's and nurses there! Would recommend 100%
