Toronto Airport Marriott Hotel

Rooms are comfortable. The van drivers eventually take you to and from the airport, but the run on there schedule. I've the shuttle 3 times each way and my average wait time is 30 minutes. Considering the hotel is 10 minutes from the airport, I don't understand.

The bathroom tiles had been repaired and were mismatched. Looked very dated. Poor health forced me to leave one day earlier than expected and when I checked about at 9:30 am was told I would be charged for the last night (400.00 + HST) after staying 3 nights. Pretty sad policy for any business traveller given the time of my departure.My colleague and I had lunch at their in-house restaurant, she said it was the worst meal she had ever had. Not a great experience for a premium hotel. Others stayed at the Sheraton and had a completely different experience.

Would have given 5 stars except for billing issues. Now resolved but should not have happened. (Wrong credit card was charged after multiple requests for confirmation)Staff friendly, resturants/cafe was nice.Fridge in room but no microwave (on site in the basement).Police were on property twice during our stay, but we had no safety issues.

Make sure to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking a resort. This website will compare countless booking websites and typically will have rooms much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This place is one of the most well known in this area. I've been staying here for years. If you stay for a few nights you for sure won't regret it.Amazing property with staff that are well trained and care about the guest experience. I have stayed here 4 times and I will continue to return . Room 803 has the feeling of a suite with the price of a standard room . Food and beverage and facilities are amazing as well . Highly recommended.

The hotel was slammed with an influx of guests from our cancelled flight. An extra person came out from behind the front desk to greet us and offer us bottled water. The staff was friendly and efficient; check in was fast under the circumstances.

Very pleasant stay, the hotel is a bit old and rooms can use a bit of renovations. But all in all it was a very relaxed experience with no issues. You have two options for breakfast, a buffet or order from menu. The suite was very spacious and clean. There is an on-site paid parking for hotel guests. The hotel is right next to the airport and with easy access to main city. The gym and the pool were neat and clean. The hotel is highly recommended for short business stays or turnarounds.

Most horrible staff at this hotel except for Kylie and sunduk shift managers. The front desk attendant, Andy was the rudest guy ever! Housekeeping was good and the cleaning ladies were very courteous.

The staff was very kind and helpful! I went downstairs to the bar one of the night’s and the food, drink, and service were excellent.The hotel was very clean. I just wish the vanity area was inside of the bathroom; otherwise, it was great. Location wise- I wish it was closer to downtown, but that was not really a problem. The shuttle could take you to the Pearson Airport for free, and then I’d just take the UP Express train straight into Union Station which was in downtown Toronto. Thank you!
