Had a good experience with Salesman Jad, and in Finance, Chris. These 2 gents made the experience of buying a vehicle easy for me. Even though the roughness is solely based on their renovations right now and is mostly working out of a trailer in the front. Their values are still there and showing. Gave a good price on my trade in, and did all the paperwork in a few hours, and got me out the door with a brand new vehicle.

They were amazing! I had many issues with my engine and had gotten ripped off at the fountain tire beside londonderry mall. Everyone was so amazing in helping me and kept amazing communication with me the whole time. After my service my car felt brand new. It felt so good that I knew my car was in good hands and I will always trust them with my Kia! I was so thankful for all they did!

Today I had my Kia in for its third service. The service times previous to today were all great experiences. I booked a service appointment for 10 am several weeks ago. Had a reminder call for my service appointment at 10 am a couple days previous to today. The drive for us is three hours to St. Albert. We dropped off the car at 9:10 am to be told our appointment was to be at 11 am due to the time change??? We asked why would that be when our reminder call just two days ago said 10am? Computers. Instead of having to wait two and half hours we waited until 3:30 pm to get our car. The lack of communication today was not what I expected from this dealership. Phone numbers on the business card did not work and we had trouble reaching the service advisor . Vehicle wasn’t put in for service until 2:00pm (which we were told at an earlier time the car was in for service) and was ready 3:34pm making the service time completion a few minutes longer than an hour and half. It would have been best if we had been updated of the time delay in getting the vehicle serviced rather than waiting six hours .

Good luck getting your parts in or getting warranty done on your car. Still waiting for my seat belt, it has been over a year. wheel bearing noise was blamed on my winter tires, and cold start engine noises were simply not present when tech took car home over night.

The folks in the service department are friendly and helpful and do their best to meet your needs. Nikki, my service writer, did a great job of setting up the service appointment for my Kia Soul and called an Uber driver to give me a lift home while I waited for completion of the service. The service tech sent me a great video of the vehicle inspection which I really appreciated. Looking over my bill in more detail when I got home, I noticed a free car wash was included with the service. It wasn't done. My car wasn't really dirty but a wash would have been nice. No big deal and Nikki apologized that it got missed when I communicated it to her via text. This is the first time I've used North Edmonton Kia's services and I will return again when my next service is due.

Sit back, this is a long one.....I've never left a negative review on anything before, and I'm not going to name specific people, but we had anything but a good experience. We were told whatever was necessary to get the sale. First of all, the wrong model was sent to the dealership, so we ended up with 1 less seat than we'd asked for and a more expensive model. But we needed the vehicle and were told the wait time for another one would be months...My MAIN concern buying a Kia was that we live 5 hrs from our nearest dealership. We were assured that it wouldn't be an issue.• Lie #1...We could do services/repairs on weekends, and we would get a rental for the day .... FACT technicians don't do diagnostics and repairs on weekends and rentals were not available.•Lie #2 we were told that if the vehicle needed a repair that meant we couldn't drive it to dealership they would put a rental on tow truck, deliver us the rental, take our vehicle for repair, then deliver our vehicle back to us and take the rental back to the dealership.......FACT first time the car starts throwing codes we were told there is nothing they can do unless we get it down to them or they would have it towed down but not back.•Lie #3....We were told we would get mats for vehicle.... FACT mats never came After multiple back and forth conversations.•Lie #4 After every service the car would be cleaned and gassed up because we had to drive so far....FACT never happened.We are so disappointed and NOT going back to North Edmonton Kia and we would NOT have bought a Kia if we knew the trouble services and repairs would be! As soon as that sale was done customer service was done!

I have many disputes with this dealership1. When we bought our Kia Sportage, they didn't pay off my previous loan until the finance company called me and informed me. While they fixed their problem, it hit my credit.2. On our second servicing, they didn't use the lug nut key, and cut off the lug nut. I don't care about that, but they tried to forward the charge to my wife while I was away with work.3. With our purchase agreement, we had free oil changes. Upon our second oil change, they backtracked and told us that was not the case.4. When I called and made that second servicing appointment, the service desk woman gave my wife some absolutely uncalled-for attitude, claiming the appointment was never booked. Only after showing my call history and the exact time I called did they realize their mistake, and my wife did not receive an apology.5. My dear friend brought her vehicle in to have the dealership purchase it. After signing the bill of sale, they called back and told her they are backing out of it due to damage on the vehicle (they had looked over the vehicle WITH MY FRIEND), and told her if she didn't pick it up, they were going to have it picked up and impounded. My poor friend didn't have much of a choice, as she doesn't have time or money to spend fighting this kind of situation.I absolutely did not want to post this here, but I'd be remiss to not bring this all to my review. We have given this dealership several opportunities to reconcile their misdeeds, and they keep impressing us with their negligence and poor service. Please keep my review in mind when you are choosing a dealership.

Even though i didn't end up getting a vehicle Stephano was still really good to deal with he made the experience really well and made it my best experience ever at a dealership. Super nice and friendly and had some good laughs . Would definitely recommend him and would go back one day for a future deal. The finance department especially Kathy was really good as well .

Amanda made the process of trading in my car seamless & so easy! She went out of her way to get me exactly what I was looking for & even delivered it to me. She was friendly, compassionate & caring! Not at all like slimy dealers I’ve dealt with in the past & extremely personable! I highly recommend Amanda & will be sending any friends or family to her should they need a vehicle. Thanks for making the process stress free Amanda, I look forward to dealing with you in the future :)
