Visited Quebec from US and this was one of the only open places at 9PM on a sunday. Overall good food, wife didnt really like her burger but onion rings and fries were good.

Love burgers at Harvey's but during our visit on July 24 2020, the staff could have done a bit more in regards to cleaning and disinfecting the tables. Tables in dining area were not taken care of rapidly. The ones close to ours stayed dirty for a long time after clients had left and even if there was not a lot of customers in line. On the other hand, staff was polite and food was great.

This is the first time I've been to a Harvey's, and it will be the last. There was no one at the counter or in the kitchen when we arrived, so we had to wait. The lettuce was brown and wilted, there was no ice in the soda machine, and half the sodas were empty. This place sucks.

Because we just moved here and our French isn't great, we ordered through the app. What a mistake, the order wasn't ready when it should be ppl came in and got served before us. By the time they realized something was wrong the order had been sat in the back. Needless to say everything was barley warm. The fish burger was dry like cardboard. I'll Reconsider going here again.

They have a tasty burger, for a fast food joint I was impressed with the quality of the food. The burger was made to order in front of me with fresh toppings. The fries were crispy and hot.

I love Harvey's burgers, I really do. It had been several months since my SO and i had been there, and we needed a treat. Sometimes you just need a messy, juicy burger, and Harvey's delivers that with flying colours.The reason I'm not able to give them 5 stars is because I'm sure they're violating several health regulations in the handling of our food.The young girl in the back, preparing all the food items, was not wearing gloves, at all. We witnessed her dropping a fry box, picking it up off the floor, filling it with fries, and then placing it on the delivery rack. If she had washed her hands at that time, I think I could have overlooked the situation. But she didn't.She then proceeded to place raw bacon on the grill, then some raw burger patties, and then some buns. She continued to build burgers and place them on the rack for pick up.Thankfully, the gentleman preparing our burgers, and waiting on the drive through window, was wearing gloves, and changing to new ones frequently.I thought there were rules in place about handling raw foods, especially meats. Maybe I'm wrong. I know we won't be returning there anytime soon.

If you’re an American visiting I definitely would recommend. It’s a step up from McDonald’s and the staff are very friendly. The couple times I’ve been there they were willing to translate everything for me and take my order in English as well. As far as the food they usually cook the burgers as you order. I recommend the angus double with cheese.

It was my first time at Harvey’s but I’ll not return back cause service was too long, burger with chicken was awful because of chicken, it was overcooked. I think this place is overpriced for what they give

Drive thru order and at window they had no idea about my order. Made a poutine so fast it wasn't even cooked. I ate half and I'm nauseous

I went with the family for lunch and it was rush hour. I went very fast in the line up, the cashier was super effective and polite not rushing eventhough he was quick on taking orders with a smile. The cook behind was preparing the burger with care and also showing a good attitude. Finally we chose how we dressed our burger and condiments very abundant and fresh. Again served with care and smile from a guy that, again, seemed careful of his tasks. A second guy arrived to prepare the burger for the person waitibg next to us since we were 3 persons and taking more time. The food was ready in a few minutes only and its taste great. I salute the good work of those who were working today Tuesday lunch time. The bathroom were clean and tables washed. The place is well set to eat and you dont smell burger on your way out. Thats appreciable! To the 4 boys I saw there working during lunch time I'd like to say ; good job guys :) Petit point à améliorer; recyclage pour les poubelles.
