We started with a Puppy package training class. It included 3 different levels of training sessions each building in the last with appropriate breaks in between. We were able to space it out to accommodate our needs. Our trainer is Rob. From the first time we came in with a puppy (after not having one for 15 yrs), he helped show us what we needed, what we didn’t, and how to start training her until she was old enough to start the classes. He took time throughout each session to check in with those in the class to address any concerns or struggles we may have had during the week. Rob really loves animals and can help us owners tune in to the best way to train them. His goal is for us to have a great life with our forever dog! Our pup recently completed her advance level and we are returning for more advanced classes that focus on a bit of everything, therapy, scent work, and agility. The classes are great bond building with your pup and we will continue throughout her growth as she just loves attend her training sessions there with Rob!

We took our dog yesterday for grooming and specifically chose Rae as our groomer. We are very happy with the results. Our dog is extremely difficult to groom because she will not stand still for long, if at all. Rae is so patient and kind with our dog. Thanks again Rae! See you next time and hopefully Smootch will be a little calmer.

Kingston manager Maddie went above and beyond for us when our aquarium blew out a bottom seal. Absolutely wonderful person to deal with, we are so appreciative of how she helped us resolve everything! Thank you Petsmart Kingston team!

I have taken my dog to Mara who has now left. I stupidly thought I might get lucky with another groomer. Beck was not supposed to be a trainee, how ever her work was terrible. When I picked my dog up after arriving early at her request she still kept him for 21/2hrs. I really just looked at him and commented that he never had the fur on his back cut as he is a cavalier. She had told me she had Maras notes. To cut a long story short, I have been having Cavalier s groomed for 40 years! And have never seen such a bad job. I'm not sure she even trimmed his nails or cleaned his ears. In fact he hardly seemed to be shampooed. His fur looked as long as when I took him in except for a little shaved area around his rear end and his fur on his feet was trimmed. I have been stewing over this for a few days but feel that people should be warned $71 ! that's a lot to pay for virtually nothing. Obviously I will not go back.

Great place for all your pets needs.Our pups first cut at the groomers went very well. The groomer was very gentle and sweet with her.Also great training classes. Cool pup below is in one now. She thinks she's the main deva in the class.

Recently got shouted at by an employee when I was looking at the fish and my dog looked at the small animals (quietly and calmly) from 2-3ft away. The employee said to get my dog away from the small animals and not to let my dog look at them because it really stresses the animals out… I ended up leaving but honestly if your small animals get stressed by dogs and people looking at them, it may be best to not have them displayed perhaps? Or even sell them… I was admittedly very shocked, I have never been shouted or spoken to about my dogs or other customers dogs looking at the rodents before, I guess it’s considered a serious issue now

Went in to adopt a hamster for my 8 yest old. Knew the basics of what we needed but recieved some assistance from a staff member regarding what we really needed to make him happy.My daughter has named him Taco.

Took my dog to have his nails trimmed and get a bath. Both things he fights me on, but they seem to be dog whisperers at PetSmart and they were able to gain his cooperation immediately. Happy with the service and the grooming staff, who truly seem to love the animals they are working with.
