Paul is a fantastic guy, honest, fair pricing. Everything was explained, i wasnt pushed into anything. His team of installers was knowledgable and very kind too ! I consulted 3 security providers and this was by far the best.

We are an Auto Sales and Repair shop in business for 16 years and located in South East Calgary. One of our projects this year was to improve both the internal and external security of our business. We started researching the market in January of this year and had 3 or 4 Calgary security companies over to examine our security requirements and provide us with quotations.One important requirement was robust cameras and alarm technology at strategic locations throughout the shop and that we were able to monitor real time from within the office area and 24/7 remotely. We also needed specific and unique security requirements internally within the front office area where we leased office to other small businesses. This added to the complexity of the installation and required leading edge customizations and technical challenges from an implementation perspective.After considerable review by the partners, we selected One Stop Security. While their quote was not the lowest - it was close enough - and we were very impressed with their overall presentation of this Canadian based Home and Commercial Security company that has been serving the local Calgary market for in excess of 25 years. They clearly understood our requirements and had their installation lead out in advance to walk us through the installation process. The President of the Company Paul Pachet attended these walkthroughs and reviews and answered all our questions. (Our understanding was that if we did not proceed with One Stop Security the security review was at no cost to us.)We proceeded with One Stop Security and the installation occurred over a two day period as this was a custom technical solution with a large area of coverage both internally and externally. Nevertheless; the install was very professional and these guys clearly know their stuff! Also very impressed that they were able to work around and not impede our daily operations so that the shop area mechanics were not impacted.We have been up and running with state of the art camera and alarm technology along with an impressive monitoring backbone for two months now. We are clearly seeing the payback and we now have peace of mind with exceptional coverage around the clock. We love the app that they have to download and ability to monitor our business 24/7 through our mobile phones.Overall, we are very impressed with Paul and his team from One Stop Security and do not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Paul and his team have gone above and beyond on multiple occasions for me, especially when we were having technical issues with our internet services, which resulted in my cameras not working properly.
