Went there yesterday to looking for a new truck, today, we got our truck! Many many thanks to the gentle man, their sales manager! Everything went smoothly, Nisreen and Luis are great! Universal ford get everything done for us within couple hours! We are surprised how they are doing their job, efficient, thoughtful, friendly service.

I just took delivery of my new Bronco Sport on June 15th and I have to say that all the staff at Universal Ford were amazing. I’ve been working on a purchase with Randy Macfarlane since January just trying to find the right fit. He’s very knowledgeable about the products and the whole market in general. He answered all my questions honestly and was very patient helping me find the perfect fit! He also followed up regularly with new rates, discounts and stock so that I could make the right decision. Aron is one amazing sales person and Steve and ryan thank you for assisting on me buying my first brand new vehicle. You guys were amazing. You guys all helped me. anytime I have a question even though it’s a week later, you guys still answer and Aron has really gone the extra mile for me. I bring my vehicle here for servicing and while the service itself was fine, I keep getting phone calls from sales people wanting to trade in my car. After telling them all I am not interested the calls continue. I finally had to tell them to take my number off their call list. I hope this helps and I will likely not return for future business.

Dealing with Devon was absolutely amazing, she’s very professional and quite funny. The best experience I’ve had with a sales person, so much so I sent my father to purchase a vehicle off of her as well. I recommend her to everyone!
