They did a great job matching the carpet to finish our master bedroom. The installation was perfect and I will recommend them to my friends. A nice company to work with.

We are very satisfied. We had purchased flooring from Michaels and there was an issue with the dye lot. We notified the store and took in some pictures. As a result they notified the manufacturer and they were also very helpful. They have replaced the 2boxes we purchased and let us keep the other 2 boxes to be assured we are totally. They are very pleasant and helpful people. We will definitely take our business there again and refer other too

We highly recommend Michael’s Flooring. We had vinyl plank flooring and carpet installed throughout our entire home over a 3-day period. Michael’s installers were very knowledgeable, professional and paid close attention to detail. Michael was also very friendly, knowledgeable about his products and he was very flexible when scheduling our installation dates. We have already recommended Michael’s Flooring to our friends and family. Michael’s flooring did a beautiful job!

We ordered some loose lay flooring which Michael measured for our job. We were disappointed that he wouldn't take a return on the over ordered unopened boxes.When we were buying he said the product is so great that he moves a ton of it.But then said he couldn't possibly take a return because it was a special order and he wouldn't be able to sell itHe indicated that he'd call if he ever got a customer interested in the product. Well, that never happened!Unfortunately, I would not recommend Michael's Flooring not only because of the above but also because the customer service is anything but friendly.

Second time in over 30 years I have relied on Michael's for exceptional service and quality flooring. They do it right.

Michael's recently installed a vinyl kitchen flooring. Looks great, great price, completed according to schedule. Had them back this week to install some carpeting and received another great job.

His installation crew were fantastic as well. Courteous, punctual and precise in their work, they worked neatly and left a clean work space every day of our installation. We’re thrilled with our floors and the whole process through Michael’s.

We would like to thank Mike for helping us with our flooring purchase. He was able to give us an education about the different types of flooring available as well as the pros and cons of each. Installation was smooth and the finished rooms look better than we hoped. I would definitely recommend Michael's Flooring!

Frustrating and disappointing. We had a quote from Colautti that was $250 less, and included everything that we didn't get from Michaels. My wife wanted to use Michaels because they got back to her sooner whereas with Colautti, we had to follow up with them. So I said fine, just get it done. We should have been more careful after we first saw that their math was bad when writing up the order. I don't propose to get into all the details but would urge caution by recommending that you deal with only one rep, check their work and ensure that even the most simplest things are spelled out in the order. The two stars is for the installer. He did a good job.

Amazing customer service. The representative (older male) who helped us was super friendly and helpful! We came here after a terrible customer service experience at another local flooring business. The experience at Michael’s Flooring was so refreshing and positive! You can tell they care about their customers and their needs. The transaction went very smoothly and we are very happy to give them our business. 100% would recommend to any friends or family.
