Great place to go for a walk! You may think there's nothing special about a giant rock, but it's an amazing sight! The pictures do not do it justice. Also a fun family trip idea, as there is a rock snake" which has painted rocks lining the trail. Would be a fun family activity to paint rocks and add them to the snake! All in all it was a fun little adventure."

Really interesting place to visit. There a lots of trails and not too difficult. The parking lot is wide and large so plenty of parking spots available. The giant rock is so cool to see and you don't expect it to be as large as it is. We took the short loop and the whole hike took about 30 minutes with no hills or difficult sections. I recommend this place if you are looking for an easy hike or a quick place to walk your dog.

Bleasdell Boulder Conservation Area
Not a huge area, but definitely a fun little hike. Hadnt been here before, and the boulder was a bit bigger than I'd expected. Came in the fall and got to enjoy the fall colors on the trees. Was a bit of a warm week so I even saw a couple of late season garter snakes. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area.

The oldest rock in Canada with 2.3 billion years old. Massive and impressive. And one of the largest boulder in North America. 6.5 m high, 13 m long. Moved 45 km by the glacier forces. Off the beaten path close to 401 and 5 min shaded easy hike from the parking. Good resting stop. Infested with gypsy moths, but well worth visit.

Nice easy trail, with cool big Boulder stuck in the middle. The short trail took us less than 30 minutes to walk and wasn’t difficult to navigate. 5 minutes off the 401.
