Customer service was top notch. How do you buy a BBQ during a lockdown? You call Topfire. I had a new BBQ delivered and installed and the old one taken away in less than 24 hours from my first phone call to them. They were very good in making suggestions and answering all my questions over the phone. I was looking for a place that would deliver, set up and remove my old BBQ. They delivered, all at no extra cost. Delivery guys were quick and efficient and maintained covid protocols.

Had Top Fire install a fan/blower and a remote for our gas fireplace in our home. The installer arrived was quick, efficient and professional. He took the current climate of COVID seriously and that was appreciated. He was the first stranger in our home this year. The glass front had gotten a little cloudy, we weren't the original purchasers of the home, and the advice to remedy it from Top Fire was helpful but unnecessary as the installer cleaned it for us so that it is better than when we purchased the home. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Great experience. I would highly recommend doing business with Topfire. James was really knowledgeable and took the time to understand what we were looking for and what we needed. There was no pressure and we were given a lot of options to consider. We got exactly what we needed and are so happy with our new Weber barbecue. James was able to assemble and deliver the same day. Definitely check out Topfire. Great service, quality products, and total satisfaction.

Great at-home service of our fireplace. Showed up early, placed down a canvas to protect our floor, thorough cleaning (inside and out), recommendation to me (upon asking) of what product to use to clean the glass, fix and test of the switch and all was working again. Fast and efficient. Recommend.

We purchased a smoker from Topfire and highly recommend! If you are looking for a Traeger or other premium brand this is a better experience then a big box store! They also have grilling / smoker supplies, pellets / seasoning. They staff are truly knowledgable on the products!

Top-notch customer service. The owner was very knowledgeable and helpful. We purchased a Napoleon grill from Topfire and had it delivered within the same week. The set was fully assembled with the assembly and delivery fee waived. It is difficult to find such excellent service these days. I am very glad we went with Topfire and supported a local business. I would highly recommend Topfire as they're extremely polite, helpful and informative.
