When you find a really good Massage therapist, you tend stick with them! I found Theresa almost immediately (online) when I first moved to Nova Scotia. After one visit; I'm hooked. I've been going for regular massage appointments ever since. Theresa intuitively knows where to find tension in your body, and she has a plethora of techniques up her sleeve to help relieve the pain. I have 2 slipped discs in my lower back, which she does a wonderful job of easing every month. She also finds knots that I didn't know I had, and isn't afraid to apply the appropriate pressure where necessary, always with my consent first. The ambience she creates in her space allows for calm and tranquil energy. I highly recommend Theresa for anyone looking for a massage therapist who knows the human anatomy and can work with you to release the tensions in your body.

If you are looking for an incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and kind RMT, I would highly recommend Theresa. My family of adults and children have benefited regularly, for many different needs over several years. She has amazing technique, works on you for the full time booked, and asks the right questions when you describe your needs to ensure she is giving the right treatment approach. There is always consent asked for pressure, comfort level, etc. Her knowledge of anatomy is vast and you will benefit from it. She has also coordinated care for me with other practioner services such as osteopathathy to ensure continuity of care. I recommend her to anyone who asks or is new to the area. So thankful for her!
