I have the whole home purification system and an Electrolux vacumn. I have allergies and asthma and my 81 year old dad has lung issues. We couldn’t be more thrilled with these products especially during this pandemic! Thankfully we have been using the purification system for several years now and extra happy to have it to help keep our air and surfaces more purified and us safer from viruses and germs. Kenny and his team are awesome.. very friendly, knowledgeable and reliable. Every year I can count on getting my service visit and I don’t have to remember because he will and I love that! No needing to go chasing after anyone.. if I need anything.. I just call or message and it’s done. I got this system when I was having a severe asthma flare and Kenny came to my home right away to help... it was a godsend! Thanks so much Kenny!! Fantastic Place and I highly recommend purchasing from here.

Saturday we purchased the Aerus system for our home.It is in our rec room as well as our main floor.Although it has only been 2 days we notice a difference in our house.The house seems lighter and fresher .The system is quiet and compact and can easily be moved if needed.We are so happy we made this purchase. Wish we had done it sooner. Our visit to the store on Welton Street in Sydney N.S. was a pleasant experience. We were told everything about the system and all our questions were answered in a patient and friendly manner. We highly recommend this system.

My daughter and I both have allergies, we bought an air purifier from Ken at Aerus. Best decision we have ever made. It made a huge difference in the severity of our allergy symptoms. Great quality and service. Very knowledgeable about the products as well. Definitely worthy of 5 stars.

In a time when good customer service can be hard to find this place is top notch. Kenny always goes above and beyond to serve his customers and be sure you’re happy. I love my old electrolux (aerus) vacuum and will never buy anything else (worth it, go get one!). However, they will still do their absolute best to service and provide products for your other vacuums. If you are in the market for a vacuum, need repairs or just need to buy bags, this is the spot to go. You will not regret supporting this family run, small business with a strong value on community. I have been a customer for 8 years now and will continue to be. Cheers!

I have a lux legacy vacuum I purchased about 10 years ago and needed a new hose and floor brush, I thought it was going to take a bit to fix but quite the opposite it was ready for me by the time I was finishes my shopping which was approx an hour. The guys were so professional and I was very impressed at the price point of the repair. My old vacuum is working like new again....very happy customer!

I’ve been buying from Kenny since he first started in the business. Vacuums , air purifiers and his laundry pro are all in my home.Never regretted a dime I spent.Customer Service is second to none and the friendly staff environment makes it a pleasure dealing with these guys.

Had to pick up a crevice tool for a very old Electrolux system. That the beast still works amazingly well speak volumes for the brand and the quality of the product. The quality of service we got from the folks in the Sydney store was exceptional. Highly recommended!
