All the staff are caring and helpful. Karlee the receptionist is so sweet! Justin is extremely personable, gentle and caring for his PTs. Dr. Rabinovich is extremely informative and does a fantastic job surgically!! a great team all around i'm so grateful to have them caring for me!!!

I had a great Dr take care of my grade 3 tear of the ATFL, they also have physio on site also, must book appointments, also think you may need a referral

It's been a full day now since I received cortisone shots and I didn't have any side effects and my pain is cut in half, from 8/10 to 4/10!!! I already got contacted by M-line pharmacy about making a special cream for me. My deepest gratitude and appreciation goes to Dr Rabinovich and the whole team for a streamlined, well laid out and efficient process you provided!

At first this clinic was okay at best. Because of their improper documentation, I was not approved for my wsib claim. I recently left the clinic after waiting 1.5 hours. This is not the first I've had to wait that long. They absolutely have no shame in making you wait. Two out of the three receptionists are horrible and lack any kind of professionalism. Without exaggerating, my last routine injection left feeling absolutely worse. My knee was numb for 3 days. I do not recommend this place at all. Honestly save yourself from finding out the hard way.

I saw Dr. Rabinovich and his team for a frozen shoulder. It was far too painful to tolerate the required physiotherapy. I received a cortisone injection that helped immensely.This team truly cares, I would highly recommend Dr. Rabinovich!

I have been a patient of ArthoBiologixfor several years now.Dr Rabinovich has been instrumental in treating many sports injuries I have picked up over the years which has allowed me to continue to train and teach in the martial arts.Justin has also been a big help in keeping me active.Each time I have contacted the clinic,Karlee the lead receptionist has always returned my messages immediately and has always been able to help facilitate an appointment for me as quickly as possible.I am grateful for the entire team at ArthoBiogix.Keep up the amazing work you do for all your patients.

This clinic is the worst clinic I have ever been to.They are difficult to contact since they rarely answer the phone, and the automated message basically says they won't return any messages left. Which they won't, so good luck getting a hold of anyone there.They messed up my return to work forms so bad, I got sent home from work due to them. Then they took a week just to fix it , and I had to get them to fix it again. They incorrectly filed the paperwork for Short Term, so that got put on hold and now I might lose a week of shot term pay because of their mistake.Horrible clinic, but at least the doctors themselves are somehwat nice but they don't follow instructions and the procedure I had done didn't work because of it.

Reception was very cordial and got me an appointment quickly. Justin (assistant) was very friendly and remembered me from 4 years ago and quickly gave me my injection and listened intently to our casual conversation. This makes a patient feel appreciated. Keep up the great service.
