Mike Mueller is a real professional. I have called on him twice to help me, I would call him again and would not hesitate to recommend him to my friends and family. His thoroughness and attention to detail during the inspection made me feel confident that all potential areas of concern were eliminated. He even gave me free information and advice that started me off in the right direction. Mike’s easy going and friendly manner along with his clear and honest explanations and logic, reinforced my opinion that Mike is one of those in the industry who you can rely on.

We had him inspect our home in vernon last year, since then I have found 3 major problems not found by his inspection. It seems he only walks around, because clearly he doesnt enter your attic because I had a hole in my heating vents and had poor plumbing uninsulated in the attic that burst this last winter, also a pipe outside that wasn't connected to my main shut off which also burst and had a leak that was charging me on utilities. I would recommend someone who is more thorough as these could have been avoided easily.

Mike was professional and efficient. He explained everything in detail and answered any questions we had. He was highly recommended and we are very happy to have had him complete our inspection.

We purchased a home and needed an inspection asap. I called Mike and we were lucky that he had a cancellation the next morning. The inspection was very thorough and easy to understand, complete with pictures. We were very happy with the service we received.

Mike was awesome. He did a really thorough inspection on the home that we offered on, and then sat down and talked it out with us. His report is complete with pictures and suggestions. Mike was personable and professional, and I left having learned something AND feeling confident in our new home. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Mike and will definitely use his services again if I need to. The three of us were very happy!

I would personally not recommend Mike for home inspection services. Being out-of-town and not being able to view the property before purchase, we were relying heavily on a thorough home inspection. After taking possession and viewing the property, we were quite shocked to find things that were not identified in the home inspection. Of most concern was what appeared to be water staining on the ceiling. There was no mention of this in the report. As well, there were a few other items that seemed to have been missed, which would have been helpful in knowing for our negotiation with the seller. To Mike’s credit, he came back to the property after notifying him of these issues. However, he seemed to have a hard time acknowledging that he had missed these things.In my opinion, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Mike is a true Professional. Came in and straight to work. Took the time he needed to complete the job. Sat down with me and explained his findings. I highly recommend Mike.
