Volvo Cars Richmond Service Centre

I took my 2021 XC60 due to rattling coming from A pillar. They provided a courtesy car while my car was in for service which took about 3 weeks. Although it took a little long, they finally found the problem and the solution, and now the rattle is completely eliminated. Mike, my service advisor, showed and explained clearly/professionally what caused the rattle and why the replacement of the parts was necessary. All repairs were fully covered under warranty. This is by far the best service experience I ever had. I will come back again for my regular maintenance. Thanks to Mike and his team for fixing the rattle.

This is head down the best service that I have experienced with car dealership service. Both on fixing the check engine light and fixing the mirror cover.Time to save money to buy my own Volvo (just with the experience I have here)The people who work at the service & part department are helpful and very knowledgeable#volvo

Great customer attention, reasonably priced (as far as mechanics go), and most of all trustworthy.

Slow service, dreadful communication. They gave me my car back with parts taken out and left on the seat without an explanation as to what they had done and expected me to be happy with it. They never called me with an update, I had to call them daily to get a status update on my car.I gave the Manager the opportunity to put it right and provided them with feedback but they chose not to so I am writing this review. I highly recommend seeking out a private Volvo specialist instead, there's a few around the city who will endeavor to provide the highest service for a fraction of the cost. Paying more for a good service is fair, but that's not the case here.

A bit hard to convince them there is a problem with the mirror.

I brought my car in for a full diagnosis as my check engine light was displayed. It took roughly 3 hours for a diagnosis, then they completed recommended fixes. I picked up my car the next day, however the next time I started the car (roughly a week later), the check engine light was on again. I called and was advised I need a new appointment and will need to pay for a second full diagnosis. I can get past slow or expensive service, however it appears that $1000 of service later and my car is not even fixed!
