My experience was perfect when I walked in without an appointment. The front desk Juliana was very approachable and greeted with a smile I was hesitant to receive any service with out an appointment when I brought my mother. Juliana was able to provide the service even though the Audiologist was in an appointment.My mother felt cared for. We received exceptional patient service and will be coming back.
