TV didn't work. No problem, I'll call the front desk. Likely secret code on remote. Oops, phone not working. No one picks up. Called a meeting with the local wild life but everyone bugged out to a room that had a working TV. Friends don't let friends stay at this hotel. Outradeous cost as well.

Had a great stay, the downstairs floor pool was awesome, wouldve given 5 if the manager turned the jets on. Smoker and barefoot children friendly!

Rob and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Rooms are nice, beds are comfortable. Tasty breakfast in the lobby in the mornings with waffles, muffins, assorted coffee and juice. Location is very central and a close distance to restaurants, shopping, midtown, and downtown Kingston. Access to public transit outside.

Not worth 1 star. Unsure why this place is rented per night as it is definitely home to its patrons. The walls were paper thin and you could hear absolutely everything - the drunk folks, doors banging, the neighbour peeing, the neighbour talking to his dog, the dog barking. The shower had mold along the caulking. The bed and pillows were lumpy. Horrible stay with no sleep.

Cheap rate for contractors, good thing we can handle ourselves. Multiple cars with windows busted out. Made friends with people staying there keeping eyes on our work truck. Few fights in other rooms. Also liked how the blood stains still on carpet and blood splatter on wall from who knows what. Mold on grout in bathroom shower tiles. Surprised cops weren't there every night unless they just sick of being called there. Staff were good tho.

Worst place. I saw bugs and reception service is worst. Security issues as well as i see people fighting on ground floor and management was totally inaware of the situation
