We bought some party supplies for our twin daughter's birthday party. The quality of what they sell is comparable to what you would get at Dollorama for a fraction of the price. Nevertheless, still a one stop shop for your party needs and they have a wide assortment of helium ballons of all size.

The candies I needed for the candy bar were limited, (that’s why 4 stars) the pandemic played a major role in that, but all the containers I needed to put the candy bar together was ordered ahead and were ready when they said they would be. Saved a lot of time ordering and picking the packages up. All in all, great services, great for saving time, but the shelves were a bit empty.

The service was fine and friendly. For a big store with a lot of different themes, I found their selection still lacking if you're looking for specific things. There's also one of the items we got that didn't work once we got home. Just seems to qualities lacking to what it could be.

Good prices for themed party supplies. Would like to have had bigger selection of themes. Candy is expensive here can do better elsewhere for treats but novelty items piñatas etc.

Many differents stuff for all kind of occasion, I went to get a ballon for a birthday and I was in and out 5-10 minutes So i was happy in order not to wait for long. The lady was very nice and helpful. Will definitely go again. Also great big parking lot make it very easy the shop here.

Went there for the first time looking for a clear treat bags but cannot find what I need. My son wanted to get some ballons so went to the cashier but no one’s there waited for like 2 mins and decided to find any employee to get some help. The cashier came and she’s not in a good mood. I don’t think she possess good customer service. She didn’t even respond when I said thanks after giving me the receipt. If I could give 0 star I will. Won’t go back there again.

Love this store. They always have lots of options for all my decorating needs, be it birthdays, graduation or holidays like Christmas, etc they have everything I need. Fair prices and helpful, friendly staff.

The worste Party City store I was ever at. They had two awesome little animated Halloween pieces I liked but no life size animatronics which was a let down since I was going to Party City to checkout there animatronics they were sapose to have but had none besides a very wierd life size Mickheal Myers that was very dumb haha. The other Party City stores out of Canada have animatronics and the wierd part is they had some of the stuff the U.S. stores have but no life size animatronics at all. A very big let down this year, and this is just my opinion and what they could improve on and I think it could have been better.
