Had a great experience last Saturday at this UPS store. I didn't know how to package a baby blanket to go to BC. Jessica was very kind and knowledgeable. She had it put together really well and very efficiently.

I had to make a stop in to this UPS store last night to ship something to the states for my company.I had my son who is 3 with me - these ladies were amazing, not only with me - friendly, patient but especially with my young one. They got him a chair and paper and crayons and kept him busy, didn't even think about it, just did it. Made my experience in this store much better and easier.Great staff here, I will come back to this store.Thank you Ladies very much!

Worst UPS ever! He refused to print me a return shipping label... said he couldn't do it. I realize it was late in the day and he could have said for me to come back the next day because he was closing, but nope, he has no customer service skills. I went to another UPS store and they were happy to ship my package, complete with a return shipping label!

Very friendly, helpful and polite personnel! This is the excellent place for an Amazon drop-off return because of an opportunity to get a receipt/confirmation in contrast to Purolator which does not provide a receipt according to their new policy. Amazon issued a refund in 50 minutes after I made a drop-off there. It was a great experience!
