My daughter and I love coming to Glow Pediatric because there are so many things to look forward to beyond the kind and gentle service like the toys, books, balloon animals and tv room. The added “kid-friendly” features makes it an office she likes to visit!

This was my daughters first dental experience. The pediatric dentist made her experience so calming and easy. Both he and his staff were above & beyond in ensuring my daughter was comfortable, they got on her level and I’m so appreciative! Looking forward to our next visit!

Have been bringing my daughter here since she had her first tooth. Staff were professional and knowledgeable in everything from our benefit coverage to advising us how to maintain our daughter’s teeth in between visits.The dentist was really gentle and patient with my daughter while her teeth was being assessed. I never feel rushed during my appointment. They also have a ton of things to help distract little ones from being anxious.Also the place is very clean and modern. It gives off a very welcoming feeling the moment you step through the doors.

My kids love to go here, all staffs are very friendly, very spacious, very kids friendly of course.Dr. Fran, He is vey nice and explains all details with me and my kids.They have TV each chair so my kids wants to stay longer! lol

We recently switched to glow, and I am so thrilled with the care my kids have received all far. My eldest had some particularly difficult appointments with our prior dentist and it caused fear and anxiety about the dentist. We have now had three appointments with Dr. Fran and he has had only positive experiences, even a complex procedure that would have been incredibly difficult elsewhere. The entire dental team works so hard to make the kids comfortable. Things aren't done to them, consent is asked and the kids are an active part of the appointment. I am so incredibly grateful for this amazing team. I wish I would have started going here from the beginning for my kids. They are just the best! Thanks Glow!

Much appreciated.Iris, CDA, did a great job on cleaning my son’s teeth. She’s very good in dealing with kids and in her work.Highly recommended!The dental office is organized and very clean.

Took both my son and my daughter in, and got appts side by side at the same time slot, SO convenient. Both had minimal previous dentist experience, but were nervous to go. Glow provides such an inviting welcoming child friendly atmosphere, with extra touches along the way (including balloon animals to go). We thoroughly enjoyed our visit, and my kids can't wait to go back!

Absolutely recommend Glow Dental office in Richmond. My daughter had an abscess that required an extraction as well as a cavity filled and Glow was fantastic. Dr. Fran went above and beyond- even seeing us at the last minute. My daughter is very anxious about the dentist and she felt assured and comforted the entire time. The whole team is great with kids and I will absolutely be returning for any other dental needs
