Excellent food great service and very reasonable price

Cannot beat the prices, however they have super slow service at times. The tickets are all over the place. For hot food they will call numbers all over the sequence because they are waiting on orders that have lots of food, or there are order that are waiting for pizza. Whereas the quicker served items, or people whom ordered less will get items generally quicker, which makes sense most times…However even when you just order ice cream, it is slow. I was told yesterday that they had to service ice cream for other orders first in sequence, so I was stuck waiting there for people whom ordered both hot food and ice cream, and was told for tickets that included ice cream they were being done in order… which didn’t make much sense for me to have to wait. I know they get a ton of orders and it gets backed up, but some of the workers get super frustrated and unprofessional. I’ve seen angry workers more than once and people upset that they are waiting more than 30-40 minutes. Yesterday, I think one guy was being outright rude, so perhaps he deserved some of what he got back. But then a couple others came up to the counter asking simple questions and had their heads ripped off to the point where the lady behind the counter responded by asking the customer to come behind the counter and do better. Made me feel uncomfortable with being there and going up to the counter myself.

The staff need proper training and need a whole lesson in spelling a very simple name like mine. I'm not impressed at all.Me: I would like a full pepperoni pizza to go.Costco lady: ok, what name?Me: EdwardCostco lady: how do you spell that?Me: E-d-w-a-r-dCostco lady: ok

Everythong was great, except when i tried to make two transactions because i was picking up groceries for a friend, couldn't do that apparently which ment having to add up totals for both friends. Overall good but work on the customer service part

So good for so cheap!.. The poutine is my favourite; they use Bothwell cheese curds. Can’t go wrong with a hotdog and drink for $1.50. I always say i’m going to get an ice cream, but by the end i’m always so full.

Why are the hot dog barely warm and no there are no onions (really!!) I can't eat a cold hot dog that's gross.

Sometimes it's slow and you still have to wait for food. Good value and portions of tasty food.

Awesome how could you beat a drink and a hotdog for 1.69

They run out of pizza or chicken in the afternoon. Otherwise good for the price. Avoid weekends if you can.

Costco poutine is best . Also, try their ice cream. So good.
