I have hired El-Air for several services including air conditioner install, furnace install, HRV install and he installed a gas line. I have hired and worked with many companies in the past and I have to say working with El-Air was awesome. They are reliable and meticulous. We had a problem with the building’s main ac in our place of business that we needed taken care of urgently (as our product needs controlled temperature, especially in the summer) and El-Air company was great! Knowledgeable and fixed our problem quickly- The person who came to fix it was patient and thorough and made sure everything was back to order.

Our furnace died late in the evening during a deep freeze. Elran was our service man who came early the next day. He was very professional, honest & friendly. He was very knowable & gave us good advice about our old furnace. I was worried we would need a new furnace but only needed a new control board. Overall we were very happy with El-Air Heating & Cooling.I would highly recommend them.We liked his services so much that we booked him a week later to repair our hot water tank. Our hot water was running out after 10-15 min. when we showered. He did not disappoint us. He replaced a drip tube that solved our problem. I can now shower for half an hour with lots of hot water to spare.I’d give him a 10 + rating.Jo-Anne
