Calgary Hearing Aid & Audiology - Marlborough Mall

The service here for my mother is exceptional. She is 83 and is treated with patience, dignity and respect even though she forgets to wear her hearing aids (most of the time). Their approach to help her get used to the change gradually really works for my mother.

I’ve had a very good experience with Calgary Hearing Aid &Audiology, Marlborough location. They were very thorough in explaining everything regarding the hearing aid that I got. They did followups as well as setting up programs in my phone. The staffs were very friendly and accommodating. Thank you to all of them.

Dr. Erica Teixeira is amazing. She explained everything in detail and very patient and helpful. She listens to your concern and I would definitely recommend her.

My father has been going to Calgary Hearing Aid and Audiology- Marlborough Mall for years, and used to drive himself to his appointments, but as he has gotten older I have been taking him. Since I have been doing this over the last couple of years, I have really seen why my father trusts the staff at this office. They treat him with kindness, empathy, and most of all... patience. I am overwhelmed with how everyone from the receptionist, to Armand Roy, to Dr. Erica Teixeira always make him feel welcome as soon as he enters the office, to the time he leaves his appointment. They are always checking in on him and making sure he is comfortable with the hearing aids they provide for him. They are also very diligent in making sure his appointments are regularly scheduled and that his hearing is the best it can be. Thank you everyone at Calgary Hearing Aid and Audiology Marlborough location for the kindness and professionalism you give to my father. Also, a big shout out to Dr. Erica Teixeira for always making my dad smile every time he sees you. You make him feel he is your most important patient in your firm and as the son of an aging parent, that makes me smile as well..

Erica and MK are awesome. So kind and patient. I struggled with my old hearing aids for many years but now with my new hearing aids and custom molds I am able to adjust to any setting I am in and it’s great. I highly recommend seeing Erika if you want to hear clearly again!!

Excellent experience! I took my dad to his very first hearing test at age 86, at the Calgary Hearing Aide in Marlborough Mall. We met with Erica, very nice, kind and friendly practitioner. Excellent experience! I have extremely tiny and sensitive ears, so it is always a challenge for doctors to check my ears. This was my first hearing test and Erica was very gentle and understanding. Her instructions were friendly and clear. She comes across as a caring and well-trained practitioner. Highly recommend her and this clinic! Thank-you!
