Don called me back within hours of me submitting my request and was even willing to provide service on Sunday. He quickly diagnosed the problem (broken springs) and confirmed he had replacements that fit the door on hand and completed the repair. Professional and reasonably priced. Would recommend to anyone needing their garage door maintained or serviced.

I had a Home Depot garage door that was installed incorrectly which caused it to break. James from A1 came out, diagnosed the issue and fixed everything in less than an hour. Don is highly experienced, reliable, fair, and professional. He will make sure he finds a solution and sees it through to your satisfaction. He has been taking care of our garage doors for over 8 years now. Most recently, he replaced our garage door but the new remote control system was not operating properly. He took time to find and install a piece of equipment that would alter the blocked frequency, making the whole system work properly (and avoiding replacing it with a more expensive system). He actually checked with us a few days later to see if all was still working properly. It's this high quality of service, fairness and attention to detail that make me return to Don for all our garage door needs.

Came out on a Sunday morning to fix up my door. One of the cables had snapped the night before so the door wouldn't close properly, wheels and track had bent, and hinges pulled out. He fixed everything in under two hours and had everything working perfectly again. Great service. I would highly recommend you call Don.
