Great service! Bought a bike lock from here. I asked them if they had a quick release for my tire for sale and they gave it to me free of charge! Was amazingly nice of them to do. Thank you so much for everything!

Amazing service from Corinne and I can’t say enough good things about the bikes. They are German engineered, quiet, and powerful. Ours were outfitted with nice side bags that were super useful as we made purchases. Covered plenty of ground, the entire canal and St Lawrence river in just under 4 hours!

I decided to get an E-Bike and I haven't regret it since ! Since May 2020 I've done 3700kms, and getting in the best shape of my life ! When I was on my search I felt down on my luck until I stumbled upon Quantum, with their superior customer service and knowledge I was lucky enough to ride home with my Medeo T10. HUGE PLUS They're a family business !! Much love guys !!

One of the best purchases I ever made. I purchased their Quantum Broadway folding bike in March 2020, and it was a life changing experience. I absolutely love this bike, whenever I get the chance to take it out: I do. I've taken it up Mont Royale, to the tip of the island of Montreal. And along so many awesome bike trails around Quebec.Just as fantastic as the bike itself, is the maintenance service they provide. Which is something I would not have gotten if I had purchased the bike from another country. The addition of winter tyres also mean I can travel around the city year long.

After test driving many bikes, I purchased the Quantum Broadway folding bike. The staff was extremely patient with me while I decided which ebike was best for me. I am unbelievably happy with my purchase. This bike has changed my life, quite literally. I can go anywhere with this bike. The hill on Atwater is no problem at all.I am also so happy with the whole purchasing experience. Besides their patience, I also benefited from their product knowledge & advice. When it comes to ebikes, accessories & repairs I wouldn’t shop anywhere else.

If I could give a -10 star review... I would. I simply had an issue with the part of my bicycle that holds my lock. I asked the guy at the front if I could have an Allen key to tighten it MYSELF (in front of him), since my lock was falling off.... I didn't ask him to fix it, didn’t cut the line... nothing. One simple favor! He looks at me and says I have no time for this". I was considering getting an e-bike for my father when he comes to visit... now I know where NOT to buy it."

This dealership is friendly and professional but what I would like to highlight here is one of their products.10 days ago I bought there a Quantum Broadway folding ebike and after riding it for 150 kilometers it surpassed my expectations. It has 7 gears and 5 levels of electrical assistance. After several trials I found that the most relaxing and efficient setting for me was to ride always in the 7th gear and assistance level 1. Uphill I might need to go up to assistance level 2 or 3 but seldon more because it has a lot of torque. Whith that setting I managed to get 85 kilometers in one charge rather than the expected 50 kilometers.Although I am presently retired I think that this vehicle is an excellent alternative to public transportation to go to work as well as a fun and healthy way to enjoy the outdoors without taxing your heart.
