6 months ago Assured Automotive repaired my car after the body was damaged while parked. I was really impressed with the quality of their work.This week, they replaced the back windshield. Everyone at the Newmarket location is kind, friendly and super efficient. They answered my questions and kept me informed as to when my car would be ready. I was given plenty of time to inspect the repairs. (All of their repairs have a lifetime warranty).During a stressful time, it truly was a pleasure to deal with Assured Automotive.

Very friendly and patient staff! It's never nice for your car to get hit while parked on your own street, but the repairs were handled in a timely fashion, and all repairs from the claim were explained in detail. I was kept up-to-date throughout the whole process and any questions I had were answered and problems were ultimately resolved. Would surely recommend for any body/claim work that needs to be done. Thanks again!

Back in late September I was rear ended while stopped on traffic, as a result my insurance company suggested a list of body shops, I choose Assure Newmarket.The service was excellent, John, Laura, CJ and Abu were efficient and professional. The service was excellent. Everything went so smooth and flawless. They arranged an appointment for me to pick up my rental call when I brought my car in to get fixed. My car was ready a lot faster than I anticipated. The gentleman that helped me so professional and courteous. The workmanship was amazing.

Was recommended here by insurance after my side mirror got clipped. They were super quick in ordering my part and booking me in. They did take slightly longer than quoted, but it's right next door to the rental place so no biggie. Were personable and friendly both over the phone and in person.

Back in May I got rear ended, went through insurance and this place is absolutely amazing. The most nicest staff work there. Always called and told me when parts are coming and when they took the vehicle in they fixed it a day sooner than promised. I highly recommend Assured auto.
