They need to start having negative star reviews because that’s how the customer service here at Pho Hua treats people. Absolutely horrendous, let alone waiting 2 1/2 hours for my order… take a look at the photo of the “Chicken Banh Mi” they had everything BUT the chicken and argued that they “looked through the security cameras”.The RCMP ask for the public’s help when they release footage of security cameras, how can they decipher the “grams” of chicken put into a sandwich by seeing a pixels.Now with the exaggeration aside, I would have been happy with a genuine apology as I know I would have got no where with complaining. But the manager insisted they didn’t make a mistake and that this was the amount of chicken that all sandwiches required.If you are thinking of a quick meal or don’t feel like cooking at home. Steer clear of this restaurant as they do not know how to serve customers let alone giving us what we paid for and trying to distinguish my photo as not being correct.(Use the slice of cucumber for reference to the portion of chicken. It was gone in the first bite and the rest of the sandwich was pure veggies).

Noodles are so soft, taste bad. Then when i am paying for the meal. The cashier named THUY H." added 15% tip without letting me know. I saw her getting the machine and heard that she pressed the buttons to add a tip. I ignored it when i knew the total amount

I was browsing for lunch and did not want to go out so I was looking at ubereats. I found bogo of Ribelicous and it was $21. I thought it was a great deal, oh boy, I was so wrong. It was definitely not a good deal. It came in 2 small boxes. Each box has around 6 small pieces of tough short rib, rice, 1 thin piece of tomato, 1 piece of cucumber, and shreds of cabbage.It was as if they separated a full meal into 2 boxes and called it bogo. If $21 gets you what is in the picture, then it is a complete rip off. If you are doing bogo, don't cut corners, it looks horrible on you.

i haven’t been here in a very long time so i figured i’d come back to see if it changed throughout the years. to my surprise it did and they changed they’re vermicelli noodles to flat rice noodles. they give more soup than actual food. don’t get me wrong it was delicious but the noodles were no help and how much soup was given. i also found an eyebrow hair in my soup. i stopped coming here in the first place because of how i always found a small fly or small hairs in my food. i also ordered a mango tango which was SOO GOOD but would be better if i didn’t keep finding tiny plastic particles with every sip from God knows what, probably the straw. but the tiny hairs in my food and tiny plastic particles in my drink was not it. the service was great everyone was so nice. but i would def come back for mango tango.

There is nothing better than enjoying a hot bowl of dishes at the weekend. The food in Surrey was really impressive and I will remember it forever. The staff member advised me very carefully about the dishes, I was very satisfied.

Bought 3 meals (soups) one being vegetarian brought home ate 1/4 before realizing I had moldy cauliflower in my food. Simply offered me a refund and left it at that. Very sad to think I may get sick as a result of trusting a restaurant with my safety. Yes mistakes happen but this is unacceptable mistake. Also in past transactions they have forgotten things I've paid for 90 percent of the time. Or simply gotten it wrong. They don't seem to take allergy warnings seriously as I asked for an item to not be in my order due to this and it was given to me with the ingredients I asked to not be put in and they will not remake only pick the items out which is unsafe for an allergy.I would avoid such a place that doesn't take health and safety seriously.Please be careful if you choose to eat here. Always inspect your food prior to eating.

I had the pleasure of speaking with the server at Pho Hoa Surrey while working as a delivery truck, and I was quite satisfied. Her thoughtfulness and generosity significantly improved my day and lessened the typical weariness that comes with my job. Her kindness and concern made the overall experience even more pleasant.

I like the taste of the broth in Chicken dishes. So yummy that I can't describe in words. The price for 1 dishes is highly reasonable, even cheap, because their quality is too good.

The plate of rice we just ordered this afternoon was great. The first time I tried rice, I didn't think the combination was so good. Thanks to the boy who helped me choose the food, the staff was very nice. And for sure, I will come back here again. Ah, the price is great!!!
