Delicious food in a beautiful lumberjack cabin decor.This restaurant specializes in BBQ meats. Vegans, there is nothing for you here; vegetarians, there is not much either unless you are pesco-vegetarian.There are 'services' throughout the evening, so your table is good for 2h30-2h45 until it needs to be spared for the next reservation (and you have to make a reservation).I highly suggest you come in a group (of 3 minimum) as the dishes are very expensive but if you split the bill, it's worth while in my opinion. I suggest you take as many plates as you want to try their many specilties.They also offer a 'Menu de degustation' for about 85$ each.The highlights for us were:-The out of this world mac and cheese (with a delicious blend of cheeses and meats!). Seriously this creation was mind blowing, I never had such a delicious mac.-The melt in your mouth pastrami duck.-The soft and 'miraculous' sweet potato (half)-The famous big beef short rib (fatty and salty). They stock up on Thursday if I'm not mistaken, so it's 'first come first serve' with its availability. The price varies for the size and market value, and you can ask for their big BIG BIG rib if they have any (do it!).I honestly think that the vegetable sides were extremely overpriced and not worth buying (15$ for 8 asperagus, 13$ for one roasted red bell pepper). Stick with the honorables mentioned above ;)We finished up with their signature desserts: a big slice of cream cheese frosted carrot cake (very good and not too sweet, usually drizzled in a whisky/tobacco caramel sauce) and an enormous piece of sweet lemon meringue pie with a berry sauce.I have to take out one star for the pricing, but apart from that it was a great experience. First time having southern BBQ with a slip of French cousine, the spark is so interesting. Additionally, the beef tartar is brilliant. All the spice is well balanced and the texture of ingredients is really rich.

Amazing restaurant! Food was great! William our waiter was amazing, actually one of the best waiter I have ever had, he went above and beyond to accomodate us, knew everything about the food he served, sat with us to review the menu ...it's hard to find people who naturally focuse on client experience.

This place is a must if you visit Quebec. I am a tough critic traveled and ate all around the world. I can safely say they are a 10 on 10 on all aspects of restauration. The food is top class BBQ and even the asparagus was cooked to perfection. And don't forget the desert as its also on a top level. Service is also on another level, staff is friendly and very sharp and make the experience one to remember. They set the benchmark on how a restaurant should be run in my honest opinion. Don't think twice and make sure you reserve in advance as they are busy for the right reasons! Thank BICEPS BBQ!!!

Wow wow wow. The best brisket I’ve ever had. The sweet potato side dish was out of this world. Basically everything was phenomenal. Can’t wait to visit Quebec City again just to eat here!

Best brisket I’ve ever had! Did not expect to find it in Quebec, but this little hidden restaurant in the suburbs of Quebec makes an unbelievable tasty brisket. It is tender, moist, has a perfect smoke ring and it comes soaked in a perfectly balanced tangy, a bit sweet, a bit salty jus (thin gravy). The ribs were equally tender and tasty. My wife had the chicken and it was juicy and flavorful with a crisp skin.Highly recommend checking this place out. Call ahead and make a reservation if you are planning to go on a weekend.

I never tend to review things but as an American visiting I wanted to share my amazing experience here. This is hands down the best bbq I’ve had! The ribs and brisket were the best I’ve ever had by far. My only complaint would be that I didn’t get to try the whole menu. The staff was all super friendly and I never had an issue as a non-French speaking person. The chef even came around and spoke with us when he heard he had customers from the US.

Alright !!!This is a hard one for me to express. I wanted to LOVE this place and be over the moon. And I did love the flavor. These guys are doing a very legit BBQ. But for 250$ mac and cheese, 2 orders of ribs, 2 orders of brisket, fries, carrot cake, and lemon meringues pie. Those containers need to be FULL to the brim. I shouldn't be looking at takeout right now. I get the place is full and a huge waiting list to get in. It definitely deserves it. You can see the care and passion put into this restaurant. You can't be serving 3 slices of brisket for 33 dollars with no fries, nothing. If you were in Texas, you wouldn't survive with that portion size. Your clients fill your place up every weekend. Value you them by making sure he's not hitting up a McDonald's drive-through or an ashtons after dropping 200 plus and your establishment it's embarrassing. Won't be back, unfortunately.

This little unassuming smoke shack is a must try restaurant! The most incredible BBQ and amazing, creative takes on side dishes. Brisket and ribs were the best we ever had anywhere. (We’re from the US and have had LOTS of BBQ from many areas) The sweet potato is mind blowing, surprising and so delicious. Our server was attentive and helpful. We talked to the manager about how much we enjoyed our meal and he had the owner/chef come to our table. We had a lovely conversation with him, and discussed ordering his sauce and rub when we get home. Would eat here again any time we visit Quebec.
