this was before I took my car to another Kal tire location and discovered that they had lied about working on my car as the parts they said they had adjusted were seized and I needed new parts. Would not recommend and now I worry what else they’ve done to my car.Great service, friendly and knowledgeable staff, took the time to explain the nuances of the service and had great demeanour for a guy raising a one year old daughter!

I would not recommend this place.Went there for an alignment, after a few hours they gave me a call saying the ball joints and something else have to be changed prior to the alignment, so they wouldn't do the alignment unless those parts are replaced.For sure I picked up my vehicle and went the same day to my mechanic. He inspected my vehicle and everything was fine so no parts have to be replaced.I think they just tried to grab my money.I don't like to give bad reviews but in this case I had to do it.

Stephen, the Assistant Manager was fantastic! Showed up hour before my appointment and he looked at my tire issue and suggested to call my dealership for tire warranty for replacement. He was super knowledgeable and friendly. I will be back to this location. Thank you!

These guys really came through for us. We were booked in for tire maintenance (balance and rotation), but the day before the alternator went, and they said no problem and replaced it. They found the belt was frayed, and fixed that too. Great communication, good work, good prices. Thanks!

Very friendly staff. Very knowledgeable about EV protocols about swapping tires over and upcoming tires for EV use. Rating lower because of the wait. Scheduled for 1130 appointment not ready for pickup till 1420. Wouldve liked a better experience in that regard. Would still get my tires done.

AVOID this place, especially if you have nice, reliable and well maintained vehicle, as you won’t have one after their service . Their customer service maybe ok, but that’s all that they can offer. I wish I could rate it like MINUS 5 stars. No professionals there. They couldn’t install valves properly on brand new tires and every few months we were supposed to go there to fix leaking valves, while we were wasting half a day each time. But then they broke air pressure sensor, they put new one under warranty, huge an ugly, and apparently not compatible, so later CPU went off because of this. Got into debts trying to fix car after them, paying for sensors, CPU, work.

I was able to get 2 new tires changed and put on within 2 hours of calling initially on a Friday afternoon! So helpful! The two men working the front were very friendly and even funny! Definitely had a positive experience.
