Will never recommend this location to anyone I went to lots of currency exchanges but this location is worst keep asking from where u got this money I even explained that I withdraw cash from my bank account i showed the lady bank draft still keep asking me .Your not border officer to keep asking private questions .just wasted time.

Calforex is your place for currency exchange. It's well-located, and the staff is excellent. A special shoutout to the branch supervisor; she's terrific. I needed some USD, and I got an excellent exchange rate. It's THE place for currency exchange, and I will always recommend them.

This is the second-best currency exchange location in downtown but the very best option in the mall and surrounding area. I have used their service a couple of time before, they are professional and straightforward, don't be surprised to see a lineup even when all 3 clerks are working, they are a popular option.

I’m Dec 2022, my boyfriend went into this business to exchangeCAD for USD. He was treated like trash by an employee named Nhu. She threw his bank card at him and didn’t give him an opportunity to speak or finish his sentences. Is this because he is a black man, exchanging a significant amount of money? He came into your establishment to do business, not to be disrespected and treated poorly. I immediately went into the store and gave them a piece of my mind. Nhu needs a course on etiquette and class immediately. ***THERE ARE SO MANY FOREX BUSINESSES IN THE AREA - DONT GO TO THIS ONE! ***

Nicely located. This is right in the mall. It was my first time using the service at this location and I found the clerks to be very welcoming and straightforward. It was a little busy but the line moved really fast. I was in and out in less than 5mins.

I had a chance to do currency swap just recently at Calforex Toronto location. Like a few years back when I was in Calgary, their exchange rates remained very competitive when comparing to those offered by big banks. The staff at the office were very professionally. Their firstly outlined the steps for larger amount transactions that I was going to do and guided me through the process. After the fund had been sent to their account, the office lead called me when she noticed a spike on rates during the following day, which helped me making a quick decision. I enjoyed working with the office lead and her team. Would recommend to everyone for small or large trades.
