Park Performance

Brought in my 2022 Challenger GT a few weeks ago to order a Borla ATAK system and have it installed. Carl and Darren were very professional, personable and made sure I was taken care of.Job was done quickly, I was out ripping around town in no time.The product has been awesome too, brings out a great exhaust note for the 3.6L.Cannot recommend these guys enough, very awesome service!

My boyfriend and I took our truck here to have shorty headers installed and to have the exhaust manifold studs replaced. Darren promised that both of this items would be addressed and there would be absolutely NO more noise once the job was completed. After multiple visits to the shop and many test drives with several different staff members the job wasn’t done properly and the issue is still not fixed. Darren is now ignoring our emails about trying to get a refund and is not owning up to his shops failure. Needless to say we will not be returning.

I ordered a product and had it installed at Park when I first saw my truck I noticed what I had ordered and what was installed was the wrong product. However the GM ( Carl ) contacted me the next business day and offered to replace it with the right product. To me that is exceptional customer service. At first I was very disappointed but Carl made it right. I am very happy with the outcome now. Thank you Carl you proved Park Performance values their customers and in todays market that goes a long way. I will be a repeat customer.Update: No one contacted me after I had spoken to the GM ( Carl ) in 3 months. I guess customer satisfaction is not part of their business plan. Initially I wanted chrome window vents and they installed the smoked ones. Carl said he’d make it right and contact me once the chrome vents were ordered and arrived. Well I have heard nothing. I’m not trying to rip these guys because I know it’s tough in retail. But don’t overpromise and under deliver. I went to Truck Outfitters and they had the chrome vents and installed them in less than an hour. Now that’s customer service. It’s ur money spend it wisely. These guys only look out for themselves.

Had my Camaro diagnosed by another mechanic shop as needing an entirely new pair of rear axles as the seals were leaky, but they gave up after not being able to find parts. Told me I could look online.Took it to park performance where they assessed that we could replace just the seals. They hunted down the parts, waited the 10 day delivery and installed it promptly, saving me a bunch of time and money!Great guys and mechanics that won't screw you around. Highly recommend.

Awesome place for upgrades. They did everything to get the pieces I wanted for a fair price. Very accommodating with my time, and very good communication. Car is completely different now! Professional people and knowledgeable about what they do. Darren is awesome to deal with! Did full manifold, headers, and exhaust system with them.

this is my second time coming here as my last time when i was getting the exhaust done on my Scion FR-S it was nothing but top notch service. 1 year later, sold the car and bought myself a 2022 Ram 1500 Rebel EcoDiesel. Since the start i’ve been dealing with Rick and man what a down to earth unreal guy! Super laid back, straight to the point, no bs kind of service you get from Rick. He’s not trying to upsell you on all this useless stuff you don’t need which you get at 90% of these shops. Been going back and forth with him for a couple weeks and every time it’s been unreal service. Day 1 I called and inquired about a leveling kit, little did i know they closed at 6 and i called at 6:30 and Rick was still their to answer my call, didn’t rush things or any of that! Just picked my truck up (same day), from the moment you walk through that door everyone’s there to greet you and just make you feel like you’re apart of the family. Extremely happy with the end result of my truck and will definitely be coming back for all my parts from now on with this truck. Rick, keep killing it you’re doing awesome! Thanks team!

Called and had them look for parts as I was arriving in Edmonton in 2 days and they were able to get what I wanted and replace all my lights to LED. They even stayed late Saturday to get all installed so we could get back home on time.Great service!

Had a very pleasant experience with the guys at Park performance, I was searching for weeks to get a wheel and tire package through multiple automotive shops and was getting ghosted by sales reps continuously. Carl got me wheel and tire down to the specific size all ready to go after 1 phone call. Was thoroughly impressed by the customer service and can't wait to see the end results to the beginning of this build.

Absolutely clutch crew at Park Performance! I was on short time and in need of tires. The guys had the tires ordered, picked up from the distributor and installed in under 2 hours to get me back on the road. I can't thank them enough for all their help. Definitely will be back with more business.

I had Park Performance lower my car with KW coil overs and a camber kit, which is tedious custom work to do. Julien did an amazing job and I'm so happy with the results!Darren, Rick and team here know their stuff! They are super busy year round for a reason.I trust no one else with my Charger!
