Met a lovely guy named John who helped me get an amazing deal on my Google pixel 7, he explained everything to me so I understood what I was signing up for. I switched over from freedom to virgin and he had the new phone setup in under 20 minutes!! Thanks again John! Highly recommend the shoppers world location!

After 2 years with Virgin, I pick up a new iphone13 at this location in 2022 and had the pleasure of dealing with the service rep John.Visiting again in 2023 as I was having issues with a line I more recently added to my account. Just the other day I picked up an S23 for that line which sparked this long overdue review.John is a leading example of the elevated customer service Virgin is known for. He was very polite and was able to help me every visit in good time. I’d give more stars if I could.

The teller John at the outlet was very helpful.. He would try his best to serve the customers. He would also stay late if a customer walks in at the end moment. The store is right at the entrance inside the mall.

We had a great experience at this store! Came in to exchange our modem this evening after calling to ensure they had one. The gent I spoke to on the phone stayed past his shift to make sure that we were able to get everything swapped and organized. He was very pleasant and professional!
