Pacific Truck and Trailer Service Ltd.

So I was calling around to try and find an open truck and trailer repair on Easter Sunday. Everywhere that I tried wanted to seriously over charge me for a simple re-torque, call out fees, charging a minimum of half hour labour for a two minute job. Finally I tried pacific truck and trailer service, they were open , very polite and easy to deal with and got the job done quickly. I definitely recommend these guys for your truck and trailer needs in Winnipeg

The guy diljit who do services for truck here, once we give truck for service, we got some plroblems in truck is air leak and there is extra noise coming from engine, he said he fix it. He diagoines truck he said no problem in engine. but problem was not fixed. So I leave that thing nd I make my mind to fix from volvo.Secondly I ask him to change speed parameters if he has a time, instead of saying of no time politely. He gives an attitude which is his zero (0) customer service. First thing he remembers he is not doing services for free , we are paying money fo services. RED SEAL mechanic does not mean that you are disrespecting customers by giving attitude. First learn CUSTOMER SERVICE then become mechanic.Finally I went volvo dealership they said engine misfire that the problem of noise. They fix it finally and the noise is gone.All I say this, avoid this pacific shop, they are too rude and unprofessional for this.
