Hani was great! He quoted what I needed done very quickly and he was very reasonably priced. He was professional and made certain there was no damage made by the hoses to my freshly painted walls and new hardwood. He did an excellent job removing stains from my very light coloured carpet. Polite, courteous and professional! Excellent carpet care!

We called the number listed on this company’s website because we were impressed with the reviews. Unfortunately the experience was not great. Both folks that came into our house were not very personable and both did not remove their shoes, which me and my wife found very strange.On the initial quote that we were given over the phone based on the amount of rooms was $75, but once they had finished the one guy said “a house this size is usually $350, but we’ll do it for $210” this was very frustrating as we had clearly articulated this information over the phone.Some of the areas of carpet were soaking wet for two days and not the 9-10 hours that was stated for them to dry. When these folks left we noticed afterwards that their business card did not match the number that is on this website, so we think that folks should be aware of this.The only reason the carpets looked so clean when they left is because they were so wet. We’re not happy with them now. We’re not sure if this company is the same company that showed up, but people should be aware of this regardless.
