I really enjoyed working with Shameek. He spent a lot of time going over my issues with a sore shoulder and developed a treatment plan that was tailored specifically to my needs. He was effective, kind and extremely knowledgeable. I 100% recommend Shameek without hesitation.

After experiencing ankle swelling and pain in my calf and Achilles’ tendon, I was referred to Athlete’s Care in Etobicoke. My therapist, Prateek, helped me return to normal after two sessions of treatments and home stretching exercises. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend him and Athlete’s Care.

I’ve been a patient with Athletes Care since January this year. I would NOT recommend this clinic or any other.I was referred by a medical doctor to one of their doctors but was told to look elsewhere. While this is ethically dubious and wrong to refuse a referral from a doctor, it’s also caused me to breakdown with stress and I’m literally crying with frustration and anger at how they treat their patients.Do NOT go to this clinic or any other. Find a different Physio.

My husband encouraged me to see Prateek after we were both pleased and impressed by how quickly he healed from his injury.I had lost hope after exhausting other treatments for some long standing unresolved issues.Prateek is amazing. He is professional, knowledgeable, and determined to see you recover and heal. He assessed my individual issues first before deciding on treatment and sent me home with exercises to empower me to stay injury free. Thank you Prateek!

Not only are they very professional and welcoming at the clinic but Prateek has to be the best. My injury was a fractured ankle and damage to other legs meniscus, although wsib would only cover my ankle he took care of both. If it wasn't for him I would still be in alot of pain. I'm very grateful and if I ever need physio or acupuncture again he's the only one I'm going to.

I have had knee issues all my life. In the last year, my left knee locked out for which I had knee arthroscopy which caused my right knee pain and led to arthroscopy on that knee and my left knee locked out again. Throughout it all, Prateek@Athlete’s Care expertly assessed the status of my knees and prescribed targeted exercises that accelerated healing. To continue my progress, I see him monthly to maximize the condition of my knees.

I have just completed a series of sessions with Prateek Jhingan to analyze and help relieve the pain in my right knee. Prateek was very pleasant and efficient. He treated the injury and provided me with an exercise plan that targeted the problem. I was very pleased with his work and would not hesitate to return for any future problems.

I went to Prateek for a neck and shoulder injury that I was dealing with because of hockey. After 2.5 months of PT, happy to say that I’m back in action and feeling good again. Would definitely recommend Prateek and the AC team in Etobicoke!
