$325 Pile of garbage dumped in my driveway. Lengths vary from 10 to 18 inches. Most of it still green and covered in bark. The rest is punky.The soot this firewood" gives off will guarantee a chimney fire.Feeling totally ripped off."

I have ordered firewood from a few companies in the Okanagan and always been disappointed by the quality of “dry and aged” firewood. I was beyond thrilled to show up to Marks operation in Rutland. Multiple guys on his crew came over to get me setup. Quickly and efficiently loaded up my truck. An impressive operation! What I love about the firewood I got? It’s actually dry and aged. Lights up instantly. I will not go anywhere else for my firewood but this crew!

It made a nice change to deal with someone so honest and reliable, I ordered a cord of fir and that is what was delivered. Several times in the past I had ordered from other providers and had been ripped off. Mark is very reliable and the price was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to order from Mark again and will certainly recommend him to friends!

I called for birch yesterday, 4 cords. Mark delivered them first thing this morning. I requested all rounds to save a few bucks and I’d split them myself. First load came at 9:15 and had about a third of the load was split already, no extra charge. I would like to have seen longer pieces and when I asked Mark about it he said he would custom cut the next load to whatever I wanted. Second load was the best firewood I’ve ever seen!!! I’ve never dealt with any firewood outfit that treated me this well!! Prompt, courteous service!!! Great price!! Customer oriented. I will make these my go to guys for firewood from now on!!
