Never did business with Fannin Plumbing before, but they will be on my call list in the future if I need work. I was impressed by how personal Pat was. He explained every thing he was going to do and how he was going to do it. He answered any questions I had and really knew his stuff when installing my hot water heater. I have installed hot water heaters before, but this was not my place and not my problem. I've dealt with his competitors, and they'd never get a five star out of me. Pat was punctual, professional and knowledgable.

Takes the time to understand what you're looking to do. Does good work and not like good, mediocre, like good professional, quality work. Explains what he's doing and why. Ran into a bit of a hiccup with a connection going through a test run and by no fault, Pat took the time to go beyond the scope of the project, and fix the issue that arose, at no additional charge. That's quality folks. Quality work, quality guy.

Fannin Plumbing is the best plumbing service I've ever used. As a single female, I sometimes worry about having to call on someone to come fix things around my house. Pat Fannin is a fair and trustworthy plumber who is excellent at what he does. He explained everything to me that he had done, and I found his charges to be quite reasonable. I recommend him highly.

This was our first experience with Pat, and he was fantastic! Always available to answer our questions, always personable and professional too. His work looked excellent and passed inspection with no corrections needed. We also had some difficult time constraints, but Pat made it work so our project could keep on schedule. We highly recommend Fannin Plumbing to everyone!

I had reached out super early on home advisor about my gas water heater leaking and needing to be replaced. Boy am I happy I did! Pat reached out within 15 minutes and talked me through everything. He fit me in their schedule right away in the morning. Super polite, very friendly and professional! Reasonable costs for a job that I thought was going to be a lot more expensive. I highly recommend Fannin Plumbing! He gained a customer for life! Thank you Pat for helping me and doing a job well done! I will definitely be reaching out for future needs.

I highly highly Highly recommend Fannin plumbing for all your needs. I have been using him through multiple properties and he is always prompt, great communicated and reasonably priced. He just recently solved a very complex plumbing issue that I don’t believe many plumbers could have done. Also didn’t have to rip up our whole house to remedy. I’m shocked how well Pat knows his plumbing. Highly recommend!

Pat came over to fix our leaky kitchen faucet.After he completed the work and left, we discovered that there was still a leak.(Because of our worn out faucet.)We called him and he went out and got us a new faucet and came back and installed it.(The whole time he was communicating with my wife about the style of faucet etc.)Couldn't ask for better service, and the price was good, too.
