The staff and managers are super nice and very helpful. Started doing the express drop off service and it’s super easy to get bag labels. Very happy with the service they provide.

No they are the worst bottle depot to go to in the whole Langley area. If you have the time go to the dollar store behind Chevron foods it is the most amazing store to go to give you $.10 for the cans. There’s no fees no nothing they recycle TVs Sara foam everything you need.

Lack of parking and it seems they cheat on paying out the correct amount, since if I bring the bottles to another location the refund amount is correct, but at this location is alway 10 to 15 % less. So, getting tired of this dishonesty and will go to a new location.

There is always someone at the parking lot to greet you and to help you filter through the items you bring. I no longer need to wait in the line in order to speak to a staff. The new system is a big improvement from before. It is a little ironic that you get better customer service here than some retail stores. Limited parking space, make sure you follow the direction and signage. Great job. Thank you ladies and gentlemen.

Very clean and organized recycling center. Now you can use self help machine to put bottles in. keep labels on the bottles to let the machine recognize the bottle. Only oversized(4L milk)& unreadable label & glass bottle can be sort out manually by staff. Staff is kind & very helpful.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. i was physically assaulted here and they only charge 7 cents per beer can now. thats illegal the law states 10 cents per beer can. they added the machines in to cut costs and not pay human workers a livable wage. I would recommend you go to the bottle depot in Cloverdale instead. avoid this place!

UPDATE: April 20; 9:41amWent to give this place anouther go because of the comment on my original review saying I had to walk to the counter and ask. I did so and was told to use the machine or do drop off that they don't sort them for you. I told them and offered to show them the comment saying they do. The lady said it didn't matter. If you check your cameras, im the pregnant woman in red.The lovely lady who helped me outside told me where I can go that will take all my recycling and I will now be going to them.I don't recommend coming here purely for the dishonesty.--------------++++----------I dunno what happened to this place. I originally came because I have sensory issues and having someone else sort my bottles was a lot easier for me, they don't do it now. Thats not a huge thing for me, I wear gloves. However the machines they have cause huge line ups, are located in a weird spot, and force you to put bottles in so slow that you may as well just sort them yourself at a different depot.From where im standing it looks like they took jobs from their human employees and replaced them with robots that don't do as good a job.
