Holiday Inn Montréal-Longueuil
Disappointing stay. Upon check-in, I asked about the restaurant's ability to accommodate my young son's life-threatening allergies and was assured we could be accommodated by a manager. After arriving to breakfast the next morning, we we were told the buffet was the only option and that we could not be served as we were told upon check-in. While the buffet looked fine, I had to explain to the staff that due to possible cross-contamination issues, this is unsafe and therefore not an option for my family. Furthermore, the room service menu in our room we were also told was obsolete and not available, despite their being a QR code we scanned. Luckily we had some food packed as we always do however it was not the experience we were hoping for.I brought the allergy issue to the front desk but was just met with apologies and no action to try and rectify the problem. We will not return.On another note, the pool is okay and was fully enjoyed by my family the first day. However some of the paint is starting to peel on the deck, coming off in some places. The pool was also being used for private swimming lessons on the Sunday afternoon of our stay, preventing us from having access to the entire pool.The room was okay and comfortable. No issues. The location was not great as limited services available in the immediate area.

Holiday Inn Montréal-Longueuil
Went for a basketball tournament. Nice staff, clean rooms and facility. Atrium and bar area is beautiful. The closed design of the hotel make choices echo. So if the hotel is full and people hanging out of the atrium/bar, you will hear loud echo in your room.5 mins from city centre.

Holiday Inn Montréal-Longueuil
Overall a pretty hotel - however when you get into the room you notice little things like how not enough towels are in there, etc. things what would normally be in a standard hotel room. While the front desk staff were polite I found some rude occurrences with the other staff members, which is disappointing to say the least. It’s sad when you come from visiting provinces and experience those types of encounters.
