T-Shirt Time GUELPH

I came up with a fun tshirt idea for Valentines day and these guys were just great. I picked out the style of shirt I wanted, picked out the font and in a short while they were complete and I was out the door. Amazing service. 5Star!!

A huge THANK YOU to the three employees working at the Stone Road Mall location on December 21 during the evening hours. My daughter purchased a sweater with a unique comment on it for her boss, however she was not happy with it. It was her creation but due to miscommunication the design didn’t turn out the way she had hoped it would. She is very shy and didn’t want to cause a scene as it was super busy so she just paid for it and left the store upset. While continuing our shopping I suggested that she talk to them to see if there was any way they could fix it. She was sure they wouldn’t do anything and was too embarrassed to even try so I took the sweater back and explained the situation. I was amazed at the level of pure professionalism from all three employees. They listened, offered suggestions and fixed the sweater at no extra cost. I appreciate their hard work and extra time they spent with me while also providing great service to other customers. I hope someone in management recognizes their fantastic service because they truly deserve it. Thank you T-Shirt Time Team! I appreciate you!!

Amazing service! We were greeted as soon as we walked into the store. They helped us custom make a baby announcement t shirt to surprise our daughter! They were patient with us while we debated the details and were given many options to choose from. Thank you for making this such an easy process for this pregnant mama :)

The first time we went in there the girl working did not seem happy to help us. The second time was much worse. She was eating while “helping” us, very rude to my boyfriend. Such an unpleasant experience, the placement of decals on the shirts was awkward and not natural. When dealing with a salesperson you shouldn’t feel like a nuisance, you should leave the store happy and satisfied with the product. T shirt time offers an excellent product but the choice in staff is an embarrassment on the managements behalf. I will no longer be going to this store just out of the cringing I felt when in the store with these people, do better.

The young lady working was extremely aggressive after I could not find my size in the colour hoodie I wanted. Insisted on a different colour and would not give me space to think about it. The lady then used profanities with another junior staff member, completely unprofessional and unnecessary. I will not be returning. I believe the lady’s name is Niki. I’m not sure how this place is still in business.

Had an excellent experience at the Guelph location on Friday! Amazing quality product, friendly staff and not only did the gentleman (Faudi) help me pick out the design and colours for the t shirt but showed us how they make them! He was very patient and friendly and went out of his way to make sure to get them done for me by closing time since we needed them for next day! Thanks for the great t shirts for our event!! We loved them!!

I used to love this place and I’ve been in a couple times especially during christmas to get friends and family custom printed sweaters, during that time I had the same guy help me out and he was super kind despite the holiday rush during this time, he kindly took his time working with me and was easy to talk to; during this time, overall, I was very satisfied with both the service and the product I had received at t-shirt time. However, I write this review now regarding my most recent visit about two days ago. There was a young girl behind the counter who made my experience absolutely anxiety inducing as her behaviour, to be completely honest, was revolting from the minute my friend and I walked into the store. There was another gentleman helping us out and we had absolutely no problem with him, he didn’t rush us, and he was very kind to speak with (just like the other guys ive met in the past at t-shirt time). However, while he was helping us, the other girl was just aggressively inserting herself trying to “help” us while SCREAMING at the other employee. It was uncomfortable and disgusting to witness. She was rushing me the entire time (even though we were the ONLY ones at the store), and as I was getting indecisive about my design, I was talking to the other gentleman employee to ask for his opinion (which I didnt think was a big deal, god forbid) she decides to snap at me saying that “she got it,” despite the fact that this was for MY sweater. In addition, she continues SCREAMING at the other gentleman (who wasnt doing anything wrong in my eyes) like he wasn’t a person it was absolutely horrifying and saddening. If this is what she believes is the proper way to reflect the business (and what she believes is common decency with customers and her own coworkers) that is not only VERY EMBARRASSING for her, but for the company of t-shirt time as well. I HIGHLY recommend the owners of this establishment to reevaluate how you want your business to be represented bc this girl is not it. So disappointed, you can be certain that you have lost me as a customer. I do not recommend anyone to witness this psychological abuse.

One of the least professional establishments I've ever done business with. I have had shirts made here last year and if I brought my own t-shirt to get a print added onto it was $5 - $10 per print. However my most recent experience I went to have 30 shirts printed and the young lady at the counter had charged me $20/shirt (again I brought my own shirts. How is Transfer paper + Ink costing that much? You're charging $19.50 for labor per print?!? You're not performing open heart surgery... this is very low effort/skill service. Each shirt can be done in 5 minutes) I purchased it cause I was desperate to get it done. Then realized 5 minutes later (1 phone call) that I could get this done for cheaper elsewhere. I went back immediately and was refused a refund or even any attempt at bringing the cost down. I was told Next time you come we can do these prints at a discount since you make bulk prints" Yet this wasn't offered to me for this sale and they refused to bring the price down or provide a refund. I didn't sign any contract and they hadn't started on my shirts yet. They didn't have any right to hold my money hostage. I didn't want to argue further and had the shirts printed here. I recently had a work event where I needed to print 50 shirts and made sure not to go back here (even though it's closest to my house).
